I had an issue with one my machines, they upheld their warranty and sent a new one!

The Meowant arrived very quickly. I have another one, so I knew I would like it.

So simple to set up. Works great. Really big opening for cats to go in. I have a 20 lb cat it has no problem going in it.

We recently started testing the Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box in our multi-cat Ragdoll home, and so far we are genuinely impressed. The setup process was simple and straightforward, and the overall design feels modern, clean, and very user-friendly.

One of the first things I noticed was how spacious and open the litter box feels, which is especially important for larger cats like Ragdolls. My cats were curious about it immediately and started exploring it right after setup, which is always a great sign.

The cleaning system works smoothly, and the clumps separated nicely during the cycle. I also appreciate how much easier it makes daily litter maintenance in a busy multi-cat household. The waste bin setup and liner installation were very easy as well.

Overall, our first impressions are very positive. It looks elegant in the home, feels thoughtfully designed, and most importantly — the cats seem comfortable using it. We look forward to continuing long-term testing, but at this point we are very happy with the experience.

We have one of these already and it's worked great for a year and we have five cats so I wanted to get two more to make the cleaning a lot easier and keep the mess down to a minimum awesome product. Thank you so much.

Excellent packaging and fast 3 day delivery. Easy to assemble and set up as long as you read instructions. Love the design and look of the product. My cats are just starting to use it after 12 hours of checking it out. I left their usual litter box in the usual place in another room so they could use it if they were too nervous to try the new one. I have 4 Cats all indoor. Two weigh 14 pounds each and fit comfortably into the box opening. I will likely purchase another one of these litter boxes. The motor operation is whisper quiet!

Just set up the machine. Set up was easy. Ordering was easy and shipped quick and was delivered within 2 days.

The customer service was great and reached out right away. We are really enjoying this product for our four cats! It is very quiet and does not scare them, which is impressive!

Deal changer for cat owners! I can't tell you how much we love the Meowant litter boxs! We already have two of the SC02 ones and today our big SC09 arrived. It arrived fast and it's SO nice. One of our cats, Harry, was literally waiting to jump in and check out out.

My litter box came very fast was well packaged works great however they need to be longer not any wider. My cat goes in and end up pooping outside the box. When she pees, she turns around the other way and pees on the back wall, kinda because the box is too short.

I ordered a litter box, bags and deodorizer and only received the bags and deodorizer. I immediately sent a message to Customer Service (because there's no phone number listed) and I still haven't been contacted to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU!!!!

I have 5 Auto litter boxes, and I love them, BUT, the grate for sifting out waste…..the holes are too big. Many small pieces remain after a cycle. Still this is by far a great litter box brand!

Love the extra large box (NW-SC09) and so do my fur babies. I gave it only 4 stars because I think the bottom could be constructed a little more sturdy. I had the smaller version first and since my cats are not declawed they created a hole in the rubber bottom. The only way to fix it was to replace the entire drum (that stayed sold out for months). I’m thankful for the larger size since I have some big-back cats. 😉

Very easy to deal with orders. The cats ove it and it is so easy to take care of.

The setup was easy, but I'm not quite 100% on board with the process of the emptying into the waste container. Seems to be a little messier than the previous litter box that I had but with that being said, it is still smaller which is a huge plus and it's still easy to put the litter into and to change the trash bags and it's lower to the ground for my cat so that part I absolutely love. It has an option to run Wi-Fi but it is not necessary.
