Wonderful service. I needed my flip phone screen replaced and they replaced it within minutes on the spot, answered all of my questions and were super sweet! Will happily come back whenever I have any issues again :)

1 price for service on page, 2x price when they send you phone back without service. according to them changing of 1 part 8000kr as they will change half of the phone. each email higher price. one plus for fast response time and other for loan of phone on time of service

Fast and reliable service, the battery of my old iPhone was replaced successfully. The battery appeared in settings as genuine, and everything works as it should. My phone now is as good as new:) Special thanks to Gustavo, who took care of my phone. He was very friendly and did a great job saving my protection glass. 10/10 I would definitely use this service again.

My Macbook had a battery issue for some time and had to be replaced, but never had a time to take it to a service. Now that it was pre-holidays and I had some days off, I found the possibility to call for a service.
First from my Apple profile and based on my Apple Care I checked which services are available around Oslo and I've got Eplehuset and Mentech.
As a Mac user for years and with previous more or less good experience with Eplehuset in Oslo, I've decided to call them because what Mentech is, never heard about them before!?!? "Strange name, weird website..." though I.
So, calling Eplehuset, no one answered. Tried to access my account there, impossible. Contacted their support via chat and after more than an hour lost (I work with software and their site is a total disaster), I was able to create a support case where I described everything and asked them to contact me for more information and how to proceed. Day passed, two, 3... nothing happened, no one is writing back nor calling. I've decided to call them. A person from their support team answered and directly commented that I had to just leave the Mac in their service and it will be ready after 25 days, as this is their regular waiting time. After I heard that, I thanked and ended the call. "25 days"... do they employ a couple of technicians and repair a few items each day or what?
So I decided to call Mentech, better than nothing. A super nice person answered the phone and I explained the problem, that I have a machine which needs its battery replaced but also I need the computer for work. He explained that I can bring it for a fast check and they will order the parts and once the parts are ready, I can bring back the computer and they will fix it within a day.
I went to their closest service shop, got the computer inspected and parts ordered. All that within 15 minutes.Few days later I got an email and a call to bring the Mac so they can replace the battery. I delivered it in the morning the next day and after a few hours it was ready, and by specifications or whatever procedure Apple requires, apart from the battery the computer got a new keyboard, touchpad and trackpad.
Everything got resolved in such an agile way I couldn't imagine. And during all the time the people from the service were informing about the state of the repair.

Most importantly, I was able to keep and work on the Mac while waiting for the parts to arrive. For what reason Eplehuset wants to keep my computer for so many days, absolutely no sense?! Perhaps because they offer a backup computer for a few thousand NOK... Ridiculous and completely unnecessary!

In case you need a Macbook repair, HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Mentech!!! If they work with other hardware the same way, even better.

Forget about Eplehuset, it's just a useless and expensive place.

Great Authorised Apple Repair Centre . Took in my MacBook which had a cracked screen. Gustavo assessed it immediately and within ten minutes the spare parts had been ordered. No waiting around and I didn’t need to take any appointment (that said, had I taken an appointment the waiting time would have been very little). Within a week the spare parts arrived and I was informed to bring my laptop in for repair. 3 hours later it was fixed and ready to pick up. Easy, fast, professional. This service is miles ahead of the competition like Elkjøp and Eplehuset who have extremely long waiting times (21 working days for a repair at this moment, excluding the hassle of trying to book in an appointment). Highly recommended

BEST service I have received in Norway. I came in for a FREE consultation, wondering if they could even help me. I was not justtt helped, I also was informed of my rights as a consumer. In ADDITION to the in-person care, the follow-up during the entire process (all done by Gustavo himself) was smooth and efficient. All my questions were answered, and more.

very quick and clean repair, direct and frequent communication. the entire front panel needed to be replaced with international parts and i got back my computer within couple days. Other services offered minimum two weeks repair time with more requirements to fullfill.

Fast, helpful

Samsung certified, great service and experience. Brought in Note 20 Ultra with black screen phone was delivered day after with new screen, battery and more. The warranty covered all.
