Avoid this company at all cost. The company is a complete scam. I ordered a dinner jacket on Feb. 5th, and received the jacket on Feb. 11th. The jacket was not even close to what i ordered. I contacted them thru email for a refund, but yet to receive anything. Also, the bow tie combination I ordered never was received. I received an email that I would get a refund especially after I had paid $23.12 to return it. I had to contact my bank for investigation. Avoid this company plus if you have ordered from this website before please have your bank send you a new debit card. One more thing their phone line is always down. It will leave you a message pertaining to Covid and all their employees are working remotely. If I could of given zero stars I would have.

I wish I would have read this review before I ordered. This is one of the worst places I've ever ordered from before in my life. First , I was informed my suit was on its way (by email). After about a week, all communications were done by email around 3 or 4 am est. I was than told that the suit as be damaged in a flooded warehouse. I had to order another suit, different style because all the suits were damaged in this flood. Then two days later found out the suit was not damaged it has been shipped. Keep in mind I had order the same suit from another company. Had to call and cancel that suit because this people (tuxedo) had shipped the suit already. I have not opened the box yet. Because of the experience I have had with this company, I don't want to look at it right now. Will not order another suit from this company ever again. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered 4 tuxedos. Only 1 came. The other 3 were “lost” by fedex. Menstuxedousa can’t be called due to “covid” according to their answering machine message (WTH? Covid? Total losers).
I have sent so far over 2000 emails to their customer service. No response.
Good luck returning something that does not fit
They made the return experience so unbearable. They literally refunded me 25 percent less than what I paid for the item even though I paid the 25$ shipping back to them. Their customer service is terrible and emails are brief. I paid 179 for the tuxedo and they refunded me 131. Ij the end, I lost 70 bucks from purchasing this suit. I do not recommend buying from them because their sizes run super small and if you get the wrong size, you will lose money for returns. Absurd considering I paid so much for the suit.

Sadly, I wish that I had read these reviews before I got tangled up with Men's Tuxedos USA .... Seems to be a TOTAL scam that is fashioned in such a way so as to bleed the unsuspecting customers of as much money as they can.... The suit they sent was SKIN TIGHT. I was VERY luck in that the shipping location was in Los Angeles, not too far from where I live, so I was able to straighten out the problem by going there. However, at the time that I placed my order, I also ordered a pair of shoes (which fit), and a hat. I have yet to receive the hat and they are giving me the runaround on that. Not sure that I will ever get the hat. This situation has been going on for about 2 weeks now, with little hope of it ever getting straightened out. Please, stay clear of this group!!!

I just heard back from California attorney general’s office. They advised me if I don’t hear anything from them this week about a refund then they will step in on my behalf. Also will file a police report! If you search using their website name you can find the owner and his address to take action. Hopefully this will finally out an end to this scammer. I’m surprised with all the negative reviews he is not in jail yet .

I ORDERED A DARK RED STRIPE SUIT Mens 2 button Gangster Pinstripe Suit in Black & Red. The suit that can’t is a regular black suit with red stripes totally different from the item I ordered.

Ordered tux, hat and shoes with overnight shipping 12/28, tried contacting them to find out when items would arrive for 12/31. The site said the label was created but the items showed they did not leave the warehouse, we emailed and called to no avail. We then emailed them to cancel the order and heard nothing. We then received the suit 1/4 and hat 1/5 and no shoes. Have tried contacting them, no word. Started a return for a 20% restocking fee! Insult to injury! DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not use this company! Especially, If you have any expectations of having customer service support, because there is none. I ordered a suit on 21 December for an event that I have on 10 January. It said that it would be delivered on the 26th which I received the first half, the shoes, The suit itself did not arrive until 4 January.
What typically happens when you order something online, something goes wrong. The pants and the vest that came with my suit don’t fit right so I’ve reached out to the company to see if we can exchange them. Thinking no big deal. I can get the next size up sent out and still have some time. so I reached out the email to inquire of options and even offer to pay express shipping. If I could get the next size up and I would send back the other. No response. I have sent several emails since every day, with no response the customer service phone has an old Covid recording saying that this agents are working from home and no longer taking calls temporarily, therefore there’s no other way to contact them except the email which they do not respond.
Sadly, there’s not enough time to get another suit and my event is basically ruined thank you men’s tuxedo USA for your stellar customer service.

Do not purchase from Mens Tuxedo USA. First of all the sizing of the jacket was completely wrong…I am a 44L, I ordered a 44L, the jacket was labeled 44L. The sleeves were 2 inches too short and the jacket was not close to fitting…looked like Chris Farley “big guy wearing a little coat”. Second the jacket did not look the same as on line but, the worst part is I paid $28 shipping to return and they have only credited me 75% of the cost of the tux. Do no purchase from Mens Tuxedo USA

I bought a 40 regular in Michael kors fit perfectly on my husband got a 40 regular from these people whoever they are and wherever they're from and it won't even go around his back. Absolutely atrocious quality and then when you want a refund they tell you that they'll give you a discount on another item instead of just returning it. It is total fraud

I ordered a Burgundy Men's Dinner Jacket and it never shipped or arrived. No communication. I have a fedex tracking number and it shows label created but nothing ever went to them. I called and the message was that customer service is not taking calls, send an email. I sent multiple emails and no response. I would like my money back. I am going to write a BBB review and I hope no one else experiences this. I wish I had looked at the BBB before purchasing; there are a lot of negative reviews out there for this company. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!

I ordered a suit for my husband in a 44L which should have come with pants in a 38. My husband always wears a 44L, and a 35 pant preferably. When the suit arrived the shoulders were too narrow and the sleeves were about 2 inches too short, as well as him being unable to button the pants because they were too tight. I emailed them because I firmly believe they sent the incorrect size. Their first suggestion was for me to have it tailored, then suggested I could return it for another size. They were no help when I expressed that I didn't know what size to exchange it for if they were claiming that was a 44L, and every other suit in our closet is a 44L and fit him. They basically just responded that I could exchange if I paid for return shipping, sent them a check for processing and shipping of the new suit. I decided to just order from another retailer, only to find out after the fact they have a 20% restocking fee on returns. This is not mentioned when you go to their website and look up returns. Also, they refunded me an amount less than what should have been refunded. I will be calling the bank and disputing it. Do not buy anything from this place. They do a terrible job and presumably get all their money from charging people for nonsense.

If I could give these people no stars, I would. They are rude, evasive and just unprofessional. I placed a $424 order for suit, shoes and a hat. To make sure I had enough time to have alterations done or if I needed to exchange/refund my order, I paid extra $80 to have it sent out next day air. Mind you, they offered next day shipping free to have received my order in 4 days; this was early morning of the 8th. Early morning the next day, I receive a notification that the order had been shipped, so I’m thinking things are going as planned. But fast forward to the 10th and I’m still only seeing that a label was created with fedex, and I’m given a fedex tracking number. After waiting all day for that status to change and because I was expecting my order on on 10th, I sent them an email about my concern and it’s looking like I paid for a service they weren’t rendering. Oh I forgot to mention, you have to use email because they don’t answer phone calls because they say due to covid and some California mandate, no one works in the office BS. Finally, I get a notification that I wouldn’t receive my order until the 13th, and I’m livid. Then I receive an update saying it would come earlier and would be arriving on the 12th. I never got a reply to my email, but I did get an order delivered on the 11th. However, this order wasn’t my complete order and referenced a tracking number that I wasn’t provided, and it contained the suit. So this place sends me an update saying my order has been delivered as in the full order had been delivered. Still, the tracking number I was provided is still scheduled to arrive on the 12th. So on the 12th an order from them comes in and I’m thinking it’s the rest of my order. Nah…not with their people. In this package, I only receive the shoes, and I’m still missing the fedora hat I ordered. So I write them another email demanding full refund for the shipping I paid for and requesting the status of the items still missing from my order and reference the first email I sent that they still have yet to contact me about. Yep you got it, I’m really livid. On my package, there is a number on it (18887848872) for the shipping department. So I said let me call that and see if I can talk to someone. I did speak with someone after a series of prompts but she was almost useless. She first told me to call customer service as she was only in shipping then she said email them. I told her I sent 2. She tells me they normally take 24-48 hours to respond. I tell her it’s been 4 days since my first email with no response. I ask since this is shipping if I had another package being sent since I never received my complete order. She said I have one due to be delivered on Friday, 13th. I ask her for that tracking number because i was never given it. I’m like this is really some BS. After I hung up with her, I decided to call back because I wanted to ask her what kind of shipping was used for my order. So I called back and asked. She tells me that they used ground standard. So I ask why wasn’t next day air used since I paid for it. She tells me that next day air was used on the first label but my order had multiple packages. Im taking everything in she said so I didn’t respond right away. This woman asked me if what she said is comprehensible. Im like hold up lady. I asked you a shipping question and you respond like this. She says she cannot help me as I have to email customer service. I’m like I’m asking you a shipping related question, this is a shipping question, you have not given a logical explanation why my whole order was not shipped next day air and the fact remains none of my order was shipped next day air and I’m still waiting on items. I said is this comprehensible to your before I hung up. So I called the same number back and try to speak to someone in returns/exchange just to find out that no one answers as it is a recording. At the end of the recording, the guy says if no one calls you back in 24-48 hours to call back. This is a never ending loop of no accountability and bad customer service. I wish I had come here before I conducted business with them. They are horrible and unreachable. I don’t know how 6% of the reviews here gave them 4/5 stars. But I can attest to why they have 94% 1 star. If I could give them 0 or negative stars, I would. Absolutely horrible and definitely one of the worst customer experiences I ever had.
