Terrible customer service
Made an order for a selection of plants, some of which were half dead already, but ok, I was willing to close an eye. I noticed that I also received a bunch of seeds, instead of grown plants, and immediately contacted the shop to address the error, even in the form of an exchange. The seeds were advertised as grown plants, so apparently the mistake was from my end, and the shop could not make the gesture of arranging for a free exchange for plants of the same value (the plants and the seeds cost exactly the same). Especially after I spent 7 euros shipping for such a small box, I felt they could have been more flexible, especially with the prospect of gaining a returning customer. I will place my order elsewhere next time.
