Customer Service
We bought a tray sealer. It broke after a month. It was sent back to be repaired under warranty. They refuse to send to back apparently we opened it. We did not.
We have bought 3 of these machines. 2 out of the 3 have broke in a short time. Wouldn't be an issue if they repaired and returned the unit.

The parts are removable and can be soaked in hot water to remove oil and grease residues. You can clean everything thoroughly with a brush, warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Drying can be done with a soft cloth.

I received the mentioned product order number ORM00189836, art.nr. 09365164, serial number 738D082307 last Friday, 17.11, the package was intact and everything was fine, but when I started to test the griddle, the juice released from the product started to drip under the griddle, and then I noticed a tiny unwelded space between the hotplate and the surrounding shroud. It was not welded from the production, or the weld itself is compromised / cracked, it was not visible by first sight, but during the cooking process I realized this. I'm sending you attached a photos, in order for you to examine the issue, it is clearly visible what I'm complaining about.
I hope you will find some kind of solution, because I can imagine if I start to use the griddle more intensive, this leak will be a big issue in my kitchen, first of all it is not hygienic, plus if a grease leaks on the table and floor, this can be a dangerous health risk for the staff. Please advise what you can propose me in order to solve this matter?
Defected product, no one connects me yet, after a week, I can't use my griddle and I don't know what to do after 4 complains and I still have no answer! Very disappointed at this time, you're stopping my work and it seems that nobody cares, what a customer service?! I thought that Maxima is a good company that cares about their customers, but I strongly will NOT recommend this brand to everyone I know, and I will give negative comments and rates where it's possible, if someone not connect me immediately!!!

Well-built machine. Very heavy and stable. When use the hook, the dough is not "riding the carousel". Very good for kneading dough. Is surprisingly silent even on max speed. I already recommended it to someone and that person bought it. What is very hard is to choose the color :)

Very bad service
Very bad service! I set an email and try to call them but they do not answer. After long time dicussion about VAT return from another EU country. I came to the conclusion that they do not have any knowlage about the EU law about VAT. Very disappointed that the name of the company is the same of the name of our prince.
