Everything goes smooth. The site works as expected, you get the details for picking the car up once you get the initial pay confirmation. The phone number and car details are also mentioned in the email, and the contact person could be easily reached on phone and also Whatsapp. The site gives plenty of choice regarding car (transmission, class, power, fuel prefference).

Great experience!
I had to rent a car for 4 days in Bucharest. The booking experience was decent, and when I picked up my car I was greeted by friendly staff. The car was an Opel Astra 2020, which had a very clean interior, and the exterior was freshly cleaned as well. I had no problems with the car, so I didn't have to call the office during my stay. When I returned the car, everything was seamless, no issues were reported. Would definitely recommend! Next time I'll arrive in Bucharest, I'll make sure to use their services again.
