I still think this company is…

I still think this company is terrible!! I placed my order 05/16 and still no sign of the item. I called the company and the company hone just rang. I sent in emails no response. But when I wrote my review on my experience with this company is when I get a response to my email. A representative finally emailed me back giving excuses and telling me I need to remove my previous review on this company because the ordeal is not the companies fault. I’m not moved by the excuses made by this company and I was asked to review MY experience with your company if you don’t like it too bad do better next time. I still don’t have the item I ordered on 5/16 which is an inconvenience to me and my money wasn’t returned to me as requested. Now there has been a new tracking number sent to me. I wish I could give this company zero stars but you have to pick at least one. I would NEVER order from this company EVER again. 👎🏾

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry your order did not arrived and was returned to us without notice to either you or us.

We reply to all incoming emails and messages in the order we receive them in. We receive all your messages back to back on the same day and replied to them all at the same time shortly after.

We wrongly assumed that no news being good news, not being contacted about your order meant everything has gone right and smoothly. Like you, we were not aware that the parcel had been sent back our way and therefore we're not able to give you any notice. Usually, we receive notice once the parcel is received at the warehouse.

Had we been made aware before or asked, we would have started an investigation straight away to get to the bottom of the issue. Please, note that once our parcels leave our warehouse, we do not have any control over what may happen along the way. Us and the carrier we use are two independent entities. We also have no way to predict anything that may happen along the way especially in the context of a pandemic, lockdown, COVID outbreaks and tropical storm grounding planes.

We understand your frustration. Yet, we have reacted to all your enquiries swiftly and investigated on your behalf just as fast over an incident we had not control over. A refund has been issued to your original method of payment and the funds may take up to 5 working days to arrive.

We are a small company that turned one year a month ago, with a small team, trying to navigate a very unstable world plagued by a pandemic. Sometimes, not only do we have to learn on the go or rely on our customers' patience, but we also are not able to control everything along the stages of an order processing and shipping.

Great design, Bad craftsmanship

Great design, got noticed right away and received alot of compliments. However the craftsmanship is really bad like cheap china labor, also if you are getting it shipped your bag maybe all out of shape. Wish i could rate it better but sadly the bad sewing took all the joy out of the purchase.

It took awhile to get my bag as Facebook didn't forward the purchase to your company, but after contacting by messaging, the response was prompt also my delivery....and I LOVE my purchase. .

The order I placed on January 6th has not arrived. It's now January 25th. The product online looks nice but I will not be ordering anything else.

It took quite a long time to arrive and although the bag looks lovely the material is really plasticky.

I absolutely love my bag!

I absolutely love my bag! I got a baby blue bag and the color was exact, the quality is great and it looked exactly as pictured. I wanted a small bag that I can carry on the go and it’s really spacious which I love. It came nicely packaged and in the a dust bag which other handbag brands, do not provide.
I will definitely be ordering more!

I’m very disappointed

I’m very disappointed. I received the wrong color bag and it also came distorted looking. It looks like it was crushed and I won’t even be able to wear it.
