A lovely 3 BR quiet accommodation with a pool
Our family of 4 got an uncomfortable stay under MadeComfy team's support. Their communication is great, very clear and informative so we found it very easy to check-in and check-out.
The house itself was clean, and looked exactly how it was shown in all the photos we saw. Our daughters enjoyed their time in the pool too which was a plus.
Location-wise, the house is a bit far from the CBD or the beach area (15 mins driving) so if you expect to stay close to the water, make sure you check the map carefully before booking. Otherwise, if you prefer a quiet accommodation, this is a very good option.

Great house with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. All the necessities were provided, the amenities were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is fantastic — the surrounding area has everything you need, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The hosts provided simple, clear instructions which made check-in and the stay effortless. Overall, a great place to stay in a great city. Highly recommended.

Clean & Comfortable 2-Bedroom Apartment with Great Location and View
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is clean and well maintained. It is equipped with a washer–dryer combo and a dishwasher. The apartment has a view of the sports complex and is in a great location, with restaurants and places to buy food conveniently located downstairs. The parking garage offers direct elevator access to the residence. It is very comfortable to live in and highly recommended.

The accommodation was excellent
The accommodation was excellent. Perfect position! Lots of eateries. Alfred hotel staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The accommodation was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Very impressed with Camperdown. Friendly people, and felt safe at all times. We will definitely stay there again.

We booked a $4200 weekend escape for the family in the Gold Coast hinterland through Airbnb managed by MadeComfy.
The main reason was to meet our relatives in QLD and let the children swim in the pool by the bbq as we were inland from the beach. When we arrived we discovered the pool filter did not work and the paths and pool were completely contaminated with Duck faeces and the pool water was a thick dark green soup.
Coupled with that outside the garage there was a weeks worth of garbage with a maggot infestation
We rang the MadeComfy call centre which was based overseas and they had no idea on how to deal with the situation which we escalated to Airbnb who at least took control and obtained a 30% discount.
Post the visit MadeComfy insisted on charging us $250 for a stain on the furniture which was there before we arrived. (Lesson it seems you have to do a photograph inspection report like hiring a car if you don’t want to be hit with opportunistic charging by MadeComfy)
