The furniture was very bad damaged during the transportation. The refund function of the website and the app wasn't supporting by the user side. The customer service is really unhelpful and slow. The quality of the product is not secured.
This company appears to be incompetent…
This company appears to be incompetent or a scam. They lost my initial order, then eventually I received it a month after the delivery date. Two of the packages were missing, and they delivered an item I did not order. The solution was hilariously bad. They will re-order everything. Send it in 10 days. When that arrives I take the items that were missing from the original order. Then contact the company that will pick it up 5 days after that. I have a small flat and cannot store that many boxes. I have already built half of one item...so cannot even return it without hours of dismantling it. Avoid them at all costs. For the generic answer that i'm sure will follow this. Yes, I have contacted customer service and chat. The solution above is what they offered.

Arriving this weekend to use the sofabed- hilarious that it won’t arrive- now 3 weeks later than date first given and 2 weeks after the guests have been. The thing that makes me most furious is the lack of any basic decency or customer service- takes nothing to respond to a message. Thanks for nothing Made!

Ordered a sofa bed from made.com and the delivery date was 3rd November. Booked a day off work to be there for the delivery and made plans for people to come and stay on the 12th.
Randomly checked the app and the delivery date has been pushed back to 10th but made.com didn’t even bother to email me to tell me.
I’ve been trying to get a straight answer out of customer service for if it will actually arrive on the 10th and they won’t answer the question. In fact, they’ve stopped responding to me.
I’m extremely anxious because I’ve now wasted a day off I can’t cancel for the 3rd. I don’t think I can even get the 10th off. I’ve people coming to stay with potentially no where for them to stay.
I have only heard positive things from made.com before this. I’m so disappointed.

Terrible service
Terrible service. The delivery dates are constantly put back with absolutely no warning. Customer support lied to us and said our items were only delayed by a "computer error" in the warehouse and then pit the items back another 6 weeks without consultation. AVOID this company at all costs

Completely in love with this lampshade! It's so beautiful and makes a real feature in the room. Extremely bad customer service + delays
I ordered a bed in august and now it is 29th of October and I'm still waiting for the bed and Made can't even tell me if I should cancel the order or buy a bed elsewhere since they don't know how long the delay is. They are not even offering compensation.
Update November 2021: My bed has still not arrived and Made is still not telling me when it will arrive. I have sent 4 messages to customer service with no reply.
Update Jan 2022: My bed has still not arrived, apparently it got lost?! I don't know how that's possible since they told me it was already sent but I chose another one and surprise surprise it is also delayed so I'm still waiting..

Room for improvement
Proper company but the quality of the products differs per supplier they have. They also need to work more on quality control of the distribution partners. I’m in Spain, deliveries and pickup just come, nothing related to communicated timings.

I’m really fed up now with the courier…
I’m really fed up now with the courier company and literally last 10 days were spent sorting out delivery with yodel which is the worst company ever. I was told my courier was misrouted to their Hayes depot and I can only collect it once it is router to borehamwood.
Now the parcel status shows it is returned to sender. I’m really annoyed with this unprofessional service and nobody has bothered to respond to my previous emails either

Fast shipping within 2 days!
Waiting for an order that hasn’t arrived since April 2021
I ordered a table from made on the 24th of April 2021 and I am still waiting for this to be delivered. Every time I contact them they tell me sorry for the delay and that the table will arrive they’re just having trouble with supplies. This has gone on for awhile now the dates keep changing. Originally the delivery was July then to August , September and October and now it’s been moved to November today. Yet they are still selling this table Advertised with the 8-10 week lead time. Watch out for this their policy says they will let you know but now they’re saying they’re not adhering to their own policy due to Covid. the world is going back to normal now I expect some sort of normality and adherence to the policy that they set out in the first place. MADE If you’re not going to stick to your policy at least change it. And honour orders that I made with you You’ve had £700 of my money for six months... All gaining interest in your bank account And I have no table 🤨😒

I placed an order for an office chair…
I placed an order for an office chair on 16 March 2021. On 3 June I received an email that the delivery will be delayed until 13 August. On 13 August the delivery did not arrive. I did not receive any communication about another delay and have not received a track and trace number. There is no phone number to call for assistance.
As an update - after reaching out to customer service they were helpful and I was able to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
