I was dubious ordering through a third-party distributor, but was pleasantly surprised when got my order safely delivered ahead of time.
Excellent customer support service. There was girl at reception i forget her name she did great job and explained very well about the product information which i need.

Hard to get customer service on purchasess
Received the items one is faulty and doesn’t work. Tried three times to contact them via website and direct email for an exchange or refund but don’t get any answers. Wanted to buy a computer from them but reluctant to do so with this service.

I ordered my synology DS420PLUS and WD Red HDD’s from Magníficos. The whole operation was smooth and trouble free. They have a great selection on their website and the delivery was excellent. A great site and I am sure I will be back when I have additional requirements. Highly recommended.
