I can't recommend working with Luke Tubb enough. I will admit I was unfamiliar with the independent agent / EXP model before we listed our property on the market, and seriously considered going with one of the more recognised high street brands, however I can't fault the service Luke provided, commitment he gave to selling our property and the detailed feedback on viewings and genuinely useful insight throughout. In fact, it wasn't until we were having viewing potential new properties to purchase with high street agents showing us around that we realised how vastly different the experience can be, and how critical the sales agent is to your purchasing decision.

Luke was a superstar!

Always quick to reply to anything and everything I had concerns with. Did not have any faults with him in purchasing my flat.

He was definitely instrumental to getting things done to the highest standard!

I would not recommend Luke. I found inconsistencies in the information and 'advice' he offered me. This gave the impression that he was trying to get a sale and is willing to say whatever was necessary to do so - whatever side of the transaction you sit.

I also expect he will claim this is not a genuine review.

Luke was exceptional from start to finish. I found him professional and easy to deal with and he often went above and beyond where other estate agents would have just given up. We had a complex case to sell our property which we originally went with purple bricks who got the liase wrong by 50 years! Not only did Luke help us with the process of selling our flat, he went above and beyond to help us complain to PB for their shoddy service.

Luke kept us in the loop regarding the buyer throughout and also did a very good job in appeasing them as the process dragged on over 6 months and helped sort through many complex issues that arose during the sale. Without Luke fighting our corner I genuinely dont think I we would have sold our property.

I couldn't recommend anyone more thorough and committed to the job than Luke. He will be our go to estate agent for many years to come and I have recommended him to friends and family who have also had a flawless experience so far.

After 2 weeks and zero viewings with a well known estate agents, Luke stepped in and we sold within 5 days and above market price.
Throughout the process Luke was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered what's app and emails, keeping us informed about every development.

Luke helped us to sell our flat after we had no luck/success with some high street estate agents. The flat had been on the market for some time and we had been told it just wasn’t going to sell. Until Luke came along, got many people in to view it and secured us an offer within a week! The process took longer than expected due to crap solicitors but Luke was amazing throughout. Keeping everyone in the loop everyday and doing all he could to push the sale over the line! If everyone estate agents could be like Luke then maybe the industry wouldn’t have such a crap reputation ☺️

We puchased our property via Luke and we we were very impressed with the personal service he provided. As first time London buyers, the guidance and knowledge he provided was invaluable. Luke was prompt in coming back to our queries, always made time for us and was proactive coming up to exchange. Luke provided a much more personal approach than any of the other estate agents we came across. A completely different level of service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Luke is a knowledgeable and reliable sales person. We tried 3 well known agents before Luke knocked on our door and introduced himself. Where they failed, he succeeded and we are so happy to write a glowing review for him. Constantly available and always willing to actively listen even at 10pm in an evening. I highly recommend him!

Excellent Salesperson who communicates and mediates very professionally between the two parties. I have used Luke twice for both buying and selling and he has proven to be one of the best agents I have ever used. He is very knowledgeable, polite and patient. He really knows how to mediate between the buyer and seller to come to an agreement. If you are in London he is one of the best.

Luke has been incredibly helpful for me as a buyer. He is attentive and knowledgable and frankly I don't think I would have purchased without him. He even managed to find me a property that wasn't listed with him just by knowing the area and leveraging a relationship he had with another agent in his network. A really great experience and it cost me NOTHING!

Communication is key - especially when it’s not possible to meet In person - Luke excels in this aspect. We were not familiar with the process but he kept us informed throughout. He is congenial, knowledgeable and provided sound advise when it was required. No hesitation to use him in the future or to anyone looking for real estate services.

I have worked with Luke for nearly 12 years and he always delivers. Highly recommend him especially so given that now his name is above the door. He is honest and straightforward even when you don’t like to hear it, but ultimately he always gets the job done.
