Do not buy /Beware: "No Returns" policy
I attempted to return a watch, but they refused to issue a standard refund. Instead,I was offered a completely different wAtch. I didn't ask for then they offered a '50% cash back' deal, meaning I lose half my money just to get out of a purchase I’m not happy with. Their return policy is misleading and feels like a way to trap customers into keeping products or losing money. Buy from a brand that actually stands behind their products."
There a lot of delay tactics while emailing ,as it takes 3- 4 days to get a reply

I ordered a watch from this company with expected delivery in 5-6 days. It was over 2 weeks and the tracking information showed it shipped from Mainland China. The watch itself doesn't count steps anywhere near accurately, doesn't have the swimming exercise tracking as advertised and the vibrate for notifications doesn't register. I wrote to ask for refund and was told the watch wasn't meant to be accurate and if I wanted that I would have to pay 10 x more. The next response offered me to keep the watch and they would provide an account credit. When I continued to request credit to my payment method they said they could not accept my request because it had clearly been worn and their refund policy says it isn't returnable if worn. Their policy does not say that. Beware dealing with this company.
I just bought a Armani watch and a ring.
The watch took less thank 48h to arrive at my house. It was perfectly packed, all original with warranty. Just perfect.
