Lodge Heating and plumbing installed an airconditioning system at my home in 3 rooms, the engineers, Sam and Simon, were friendly and efficient, above all they were considerate of my property and consulted with me on all aspects of the installation. The guys were very neat and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, used drop cloths throughout. i would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing work based upon my experience, i shall certainly ask them back for future projects and servicing.

Their office was efficient and prompt in responding to our enquiry for air conditioning units in our modern house.
Their surveyor was knowledgable and pleasant, Their prices were reasonable. The installation was efficient and problem free, We are pleased with our purchase.

From the first contact, the service was incredible. I had to change the dates for Jack to come and quote and it was no issue at all. The quote was received really quickly after the initial visit. Was clearly detailed what needed to happen and the amount due. As soon as the quote was accepted I had a call and made a deposit. From quote to being completed, it was one week! Chris fitted our air con machine and was incredibly polite and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. He cleared up any mess made which was very little anyway! Gave my husband a walk through of the machine and some tip tips! Have recommended them to my family! Would not hesitate to use again. From the start LPH Services have been a joy. From the quote to the air con installation they have been totally professional. The office staff are lovely to speak to, pleasant and efficient. Sam who installed the system went to great lengths to make a clean and tidy job of it and there was no mess left at all. He told us all we needed to know as he demonstrated the unit on completion. For price and professionalism I can recommend this firm very highly.

I had my A/C unit installed by Lodge Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd and would like to say a big thank you. From start to finish Jack from sale's came round gave a quote and was not pushy. I decided to let Lodge Plumbing install my A/C payed 20% deposit . Then Sam the installer came on time as arranged what can I say he was so professional neat and tidy 10 out of 10 with that been said I was in servicing 40 year plus I'm now retired so I know what service I was expecting and Lodge Plumbing ticked all the boxes. Please keep it up as good service is hard to find.I would definitely recommend Lodge Plumbing. From the start these guys stood head and shoulders over the competition. Jack came out to assess what was needed, a lovely man with an honest aura. He definitely knew what he was talking about and he explained what I needed without the pushiness.
The Lodge crew were around a few days later, smashing young men who worked fast and hard, got the job done perfectly, which was fitting a new boiler and radiators. Efficient, thorough and value for money!

Hi looking at getting a new boiler installed contacted Lodge lovely people in the office.
Jack came did the survey sorted out what was needed. Given that I work shift and my wife works normal hours needed quite specific requirements. Came up with a solution and a quote we we happy with.
Sam and Chris came and installed the boiler and control systems. All the staff were lovely helpful and polite. The work was done to our complete satisfaction and everything left neat and tidy. A lovely company to deal with would highly recommend them.

Great service from a Company whose details were sent to us by Checkatrade with several others, they gave us a competitive quote for supplying and installing a new external oil fired boiler and a firm date for carrying out the work. Chris and Sam turned up early on the agreed date and at the end of the day the work had been completed and the new boiler was providing heating and hot water to our home.

After some 18+years and frequent issues in the last 12 months, our system boiler finally "gave up". I initially contacted my local self employed plumber who serviced the boiler and he diagnosed a mother board issue (probably the most expensive to resolve!!).
After deciding to change the boiler, the local guy quoted price and delivery but then proceeded to change both on a number of occasions!!
Being without heating is no joke, particularly at this time of year! So I made some initial enquiries on line. As a consequence, I was contacted by Vanessa at Lodge. She fully understood that I was trying to progress with my local guy, wished me well but said she would be happy to help if needed.
After losing the best part of the week having a series of broken promises and still having no heating, I decided to call Lodge first thing on Friday 24th January. Their prompt response and an apparent desire to help was excellent. From this contact with Vanessa she arranged a site survey later that day. Jack's help and advice on the visit was invaluable and he agreed to quote a couple of alternatives later that evening - exactly as happened. Claire advised me with earliest possible fitting days and associated arrangements. By close of Friday we had accepted the quote and arranged fitting for Wednesday 29th!! Every part of the arrangement was confirmed by email - no misunderstandings! I was advised that the fitter would arrive between 8 and 9 and "Sam" was on the drive at 7.50!! He was later joined by Chris who completed the tests and commissioning.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lodge - my experience shows them to be fully Customer oriented, totally dependable promises and excellent service. Their staff are friendly, thorough and very professional.

Needing a new combi boiler but had no previous good honest plumbers so had to start from scratch. Ended up using the web and some word of mouth but not recommendations, cam across Lodge Plumbing and Heating Services and booked a quote.
From the get go they and all their staff were professional and considered exactly what I was asking for, from the initial site survey to the installation and all the office back up this was a very pleasurable experience.
