Bad bad bad, zero costumer care.

I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Lookiero, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using their service.

I signed up for their subscription box and paid the $10 fee. When I received the items, everything seemed fine at first. Unfortunately, I then went through an unexpected and serious personal health setback, which meant I couldn’t meet their extremely short five-day return window. As soon as I was able, I contacted their customer service team, explained my situation clearly, and politely asked if they could grant me a small extension.

Their response was incredibly unhelpful and rigid. There was absolutely no empathy or willingness to assist. Instead of supporting a paying customer dealing with a difficult situation, they simply repeated their policy and said there was nothing they could do once the deadline had passed.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A company that values its customers should show at least some flexibility in genuine, exceptional circumstances—especially when health is involved. Instead, Lookiero chose to hide behind strict policies rather than offer even basic understanding.

As a result, I ended up losing €204 simply because they refused to make a reasonable exception. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company prioritize rigid rules over customer care.

If you’re considering subscribing, be aware: their policies are unforgiving, and their customer support is far from supportive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Lookiero.

Great options and 9/10 times I keep everything

I love getting my Lookiero box. I always get really nice pieces within my budget that are comfortable and fit. Returns are a breeze when you do need to send something back.

Surprised and pleased with the result

I recieved 5 pieces that I wouldn't have normally chosen but they all fitted well and suited me. I was surpised and pleased. The prices were in line with my budget. The personal shopper had responded to my profile well.

Unprofessional behavior, refusal of assistance

Attention!
Edit of the review below: they have just sent me an email with “checkout” although the order was never delivered! Also, and the worst - they immediately after tried to cover pretty high amount from my card! Thank goodness I canceled this card before!!! It’s a scandal, this whole company has sent me some invaluable explanations that are basically garbage! No feeling of guilt at all!!!

There’s a lie in their reply, they actually tried to charge me. What they provided is no bank extract at all.

Terrible, awful, the worst shop and company I’ve ever seen in Portugal!

Terrible experience. The package never arrived because of the fact that the delivery company (DPD) came only around 12pm-1pm, when I’m not at home! the delivery guy refused to leave the package with my neighbor. Lookiero, while I’ve asked them for help, directed me to the… wrong shipping company - SEUR (instead of DPD). What’s the worst, is the fact that they’ve told me to look for a solution myself!!! Basically I’ve asked them for help, and only thing I’ve got is a response to go look for help myself. That’s ridiculous and not a behavior of any serious company. They’re amateurs not knowing how to serve the client.

Obviously, even if I’d like to follow their instructions, I can’t negotiate with the delivery company, since I’m not the party that paid for the shipping service.

I have written them an email what I think about their useless assistance, and told to ask the delivery company to take the package back to them.
I am really wondering if they’ll just accept it, or make even more issues!
I rarely see a company that unprofessional and rude to the client.

Kindly note that the checkout email is sent when the delivery date of a parcel arrives. This does not mean that the 5 days window has been activated or that you are being charged, since the checkout only starts counting once the parcel is delivered by the courier.

In this case, we have recently confirmed to you that we have never tried to charge you for the items and a bank extract was provided as proof. Also, we informed you that the parcel has been returned to us, and we have cancelled it, so you will not be charged.

I am sorry that your parcel was never delivered, and it caused an inconvenience, but please, make sure to share the actual facts of the issue.

What was missing in my life!

I was never a very stylish person. I don't have the eye for a good combination. So, Lookiero came change my life!
Finally everyone around me praises my clothes and my confidence raised to the roof.
Thank you Lookiero! I just wished you didn't have a limitation of 5 clothe pieces to send.

Love it!!!

Love it!!!! If I ever leave Portugal, i will really miss Lookiero. It is like giving yourself a present or a little party. And I got the most wonderful and original clothes out of it, that i would never have found by myself. thank you. Solange, my personal shopper. :-)

I loved it

I loved it! Even that you pick 2 or 3 items out of 5 but the joy and the experience itself is worth a million. Not to mention the quality of brands that are given in lookiero boxes and the variety that you won’t find in the market.
Once your personal shopper understand your needs and your request you will feel that a tailored-made gift has landed at your house. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
