This company got my listing on MLS very inexpensively! That was the goal. My home sold faster since I could price it competively! My listing package was supposed to include “showing time” it was not available…I spend hours trying to accomplish this. The showing notification process was not smooth.

That the pricing is fair goes without explanation. LWF works with a broker for the whole of Texas (unlike some lower-cost competitors which mainly service more populated areas), and so suited my needs.

The service is by far...it is mindblowing. The company gears its offerings toward first-time sellers, constantly makes it known that they are available to answer any questions. After every listing there is a welcome call with the agent assigned to one's case--from my experience this agent tends to follow the entire process--that's a welcome touch! My agent's name was Sandy, she is very kind and warm, helpful and just brightens the mood and made the whole process easier. After a relatively difficult closing she called to congratulate me before I even knew it worked out in the end. She seemed genuinely happy for me during this call, and communicated that in a way I understood subconsciously. This genuine sentiment for others' welfare is rarer it seems in the world today, and frankly this was the highly of my experience.

If list with freedom fits your needs (I used the $149 gold package), I certainly wouldn't hesitate to work with them. The MLS listing process is much more difficult than posting a Facebook ad, so be warned, but they make it as easy as they possibly can!

Good customer service and prompt feedback

Three stars for the business model. Five stars for the staff and their outstanding service. This is not a flat fee service. The upfront charge is about average for firms that put your house on MLS. On the back end, they take a commission on the sales price. Their commission is much smaller than a traditional listing agent, but I couldn't find anything they did for us that went beyond firms that do not charge a commission. I live in a very rural area, and this was the only firm I could find that belonged to the local MLS. Very easy to work with. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Would use again if I could not find a true flat fee alternative.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t happy at first because I didn’t realize there was a .25% commission that wasn’t disclosed, other than in the contract which I missed. (My own fault)
However, during the process of selling the house, I had several really big issues, and was glad I had a very helpful staff. They went above and beyond to give very important advice in those times. Well worth the money that was paid to have that experience behind you. Thanks again

I was impressed with the immediate interaction from LWF from start to finish. They were there when needed and otherwise non-intrusive. With our package I was able to list in multiple areas- which they chose- and it paid off; I had an offer within 4 days of listing and many other enquiries. Absolutely worth the small investment including the .25% at sale. Everyone was 100% engaged and helpful from day 1. Would use again with no question!!!
