I actually made my way up to the 50 dollar cash out minimum. I go to withdrawal and verify my identity. Should be easy right? Nope!!! I upload the 3 pictures required of myself and my ID front and back. Wait 3 or 4 days and receive an email from support saying need picture of you holding your ID. Which I see in the attached documents I uploaded when I uploaded the other pics you can not upload without uploading all 3 at one time. But okay! I uploaded all three again. Wait 3 or 4 days and receive email saying poor quality pictures. But no the pictures are exactly the same quality as the pics I have been verified with before. But OKAY!!!! I uploaded all 3 picks again for the 3rd time. Waited 3 or 4 days, and guess what, I received an email saying selfie with ID is required, just like the first time. (And the second time).
But okay I submitted my verification form for the fourth time, and just never heard back it has now been a week since last submission, 22 days since the first attempt. Fun game, but cant get paid. And support is no help, they only respond with generic umbrella answers that are most likely generated by AI.
