I emailed you yesterday

I emailed you yesterday. I was very unhappy with the curling tool that I bought. It didn't heat up hardly at all, no directions on how to use it, I wrote you that I wanted a refund, and to email me a return postage paper so I can send them back. So, would you please send me a return to my email so I can send them back to you and get a refund please??

Easy shopping

Easy shopping. Easy to update different shipping and billing addresses. Easy to add coupon code, though the link was small and I almost missed it.

Cutest Kid Proof Bunny Toys

I reordered and bought my 2 grandchildren another 2 bunny toys!
They got SO MUCH enjoyment of the first two that I ordered more!
They are perfect for 2 and 4 year old children!
Ther were delivered in a timely manner and in good condition!
The parents enjoyed them also!

Company does not stand behind product

Company does not stand behind product. I received two out of two products not working and damanged. Picture and video were sent to show product not working and damaged. I was offered very small refund that did not match the price paid. Company does respond but very slowly. I should have been refunded the entire amount if there stood behind their product. I would not recommend that anyone orders from them,

Received the mini professional hair…

Received the mini professional hair straightener on March 13th, but it doesn't work.
I received my mini professional hair straightener and I charged it for afew hours because it would not heat up when I first plugged it in. I waited for fifteen minutes and never got hot. Even after the charge,it did not get hot, so basically I have a useless hair straightener.
