Peace of mind!

Finding your company has brought me the peace of mind I need! You have gained my trust completely with your professional expertise and especially your transparency. Barry has recently sat with me twice, going through the diagnostic tests in a manner that helped me understand the error codes and the action plan. You will definitely be my go-to people for both my car and motorhome. It is so reassuring to find a company with integrity. In fact, you’ve shown me how you go above and beyond!
Also really wonderful that you have very reasonably priced courtesy cars available for customers. Thank you! What a fabulous team!

Banned by email?

“Whispered to the junior, ‘She’s a nasty boss.’ An hour later: I’m banned. Went home: expelled 😵‍💫. Paid £1060 for a repair, £120 for a diagnostic that only ever finds one thing. Car still clunks, door won’t lock. Bonus: she complained… to me. I hadn’t complained at all. Comedy gold. Would highly recommend if you enjoy chaos, pointless authority, and getting blamed while paying for it.”

Many thanks indeed for your feedback - we value all feedback and take action if required.

As advised in earlier emails, we have CCTV in reception and having reviewed said CCTV in full Dolby, the “facts” differ from your review.

We understand that some repairs, especially in an older vehicle with multiple pre-existing issues can be upsetting for some, but does not warrant your language used towards the branch manager, nor our service advisor who is flattered with your “junior” assumption, as she’s a fully qualified vehicle technician.

As per our earlier response, we are simply not the garage for you as we don’t do “cheap fixes” nor tolerate abuse towards staff.

I refer back to your earlier emails of “no hard feelings” and we wish you well.
