I placed a holiday sale order in 2022. They didn't have one of the funko I ordered in stock even though it was listed as a sale item. They have been promising me via email that they will send when it comes in the next order. It's been 7 months now and im tired of waiting. This place is a scam

Ordered the attack on titan Funko Pop! set and its been 2 years and I still have not heard from them.... I can't refund because they won't allow me.

Did a preorder and they never sent it stopped replying to emails and went out of business instead

I placed an order with many funkos, I received an unnecessarily large box with only one funko inside.. how is that possible?!
I lost hundreds of dollars.. SCAM!
DO NOT TRUST them, they reply to emails to continue their act, it's a shame they are still operating.

WORST SHOP EVER. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES. I ordered these pops way back in DECEMBER 4 2021…. YES 2021, and still do not have them. It is now April 2023. Extremely absurd, when I see these pops at other shops. I ordered these for PRE-ORDER which should mean I get mine as release correct?! NO, they just kept promising me, “we haven’t received the inventory, we’ll ship out in January 2022, to still haven’t received inventory by August 2022, next expected ship out is November 2022, to ‘sorry inventory still hasn’t came in it will be expected now BY FEBRUARY 2023’” IT IS APRIL FOR GOODNESS SAKE. They also won’t even offer you a real refund and will only give store credit with a 15% fee. Load of crap if you ask me. To whoever is reading this, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Didn’t ship my orders from over a year and a half ago!! Didn’t want to refund my money and charge me to cancel the orders. Ridiculous never again

Ordered funkos from them over a year ago and never received them. They WILL NOT refund your money but instead give you store credit and keep 15%. These guys are scammers. Would never ever do business with them again.

I was skeptical about doing business with them after reading the reviews but I decided to give them a chance and I was very pleased with my first purchase as well as the responsiveness of customer service. I would recommend them because they have a great selection of collectibles and the pop protectors the have are pretty cool.

Don’t order from here, ordered 3 pops, received 2, one was slightly damaged even though it said “Mint”

After emailing support they said they accidentally oversold.

After asking for a refund they said the refund system is down… who the hell is running a business where the refund system is “down” all they offer is store credit+ free shipping. It doesn’t make any sense.

I preordered some Pokémon pops on February 18th, 2022 and was excited to get them! However months passed and I realized that I never received them. I emailed their support through the website and never got a reply back. I then tried to email them through their actual support email to ask what was going on. This was on October 26th, 2022.

FINALLY got a reply back saying that they’d expedite my order (same day as when I emailed them!) and that I’d receive a tracking number for when the process began. Never received a tracking number or email saying that my order shipped.

Fast forward to today, November 12th, 2022 and I finally got my order but no packing slip, receipt, or anything. So even if I wanted to return anything I couldn’t.

I do not recommend this company and I will definitely not be shopping with them for my funko pops ever again.

I pre-ordered three different sets of Pops from Kraken back in 2021. The first order was the Squid Games set, ordered in October of 2021. No problem with the checkout process and it was a fair price for six pops that I knew wouldn't be out for several months. In December I saw they had a Parks & Rec set plus an Ichigo common and chase set. Again, with good prices and timing wise they should arrive about the same time. I wish had read the reviews but the company was spoken highly of by some YouTubers so I didn't.

By June I realized I had not gotten my Parks & Rec or Ichigo (I forgot about my Squid Games order). I contacted Kraken about the issue and asked for an update. Several days later I get an email saying the company had to fire a manager and they were sorry but also I was screwed. They had no time frame on when I would get anything (the Parks & Rec figures were not only out but new waves had arrived and the set I ordered had started showing for clearance on other sites).

I ended up canceling those two sets and taking a 15% loss because of a preorder cancelation policy. Turns out Kraken has a lot of terrible policies that all result in a loss for customers. Want to return something, which I did because the Squid Games set arrived, lose 20%, only get store credit and probably pay for shipping back (the site isn't clear on this but seems likely). Get damaged pops because UPS tossed around the box? Too bad unless you paid extra for the insurance.

Preorders are a bad joke. The customer service and returns policy make Pop In A Box look respectable. Overall, just avoid Kraken like the terrible thing that they are.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. I made an order almost a year ago and I have yet to receive it. Because I made it so long ago I couldn’t dispute it either. If you email them they may or may not reply.

On July 19, 2022 I paid Kraken's collection $62.98 for an item they were selling on their website. I ordered the item on the 19th and it took almost a whole month to arrive. It arrived August 12th, where I opened it up and was so dissapointed in the quality of the order plus the amount of time it had taken to arrive that I looked into their refund policy on their website. When you click refund policy on their website it says this: "We offer returns within 7 days for store credit only. Pre-order products can not be returned, please check our pre-order FAQ for more info on pre orders. " However when I contact them over and over again (as they ignored me multiple times) to solve the issue, they do not want to honor this part of their website the employee then goes on to tell me that under another section of the website there is another return policy where it says that mystery boxes were not eligible for refund. This had not been said under the mystery box section of their website at the time of purchase and contradicted what their refund policy section said. After many back and forths with the customer they will not assume responsibilty and I am forced to take matters seriously

This place is straight garbage. Been waiting over a year for my demon slayer pops for them to show up damaged. I was told replacement will ship in 2 weeks in May. Three months later nothing but we are waiting to fulfill. Crap business

I PRE-ordered $80 worth of Funko pops from them in May of 2021 and didn't receive them until July of 2022 - 14 months later (which definitely defeats the purpose of a PRE-order). I had seen the ones I'd ordered all over the place in stores and on other websites with 1week shipping within 2 months of pre-ordering, which annoyed me. Once I finally got the package, the biggest most important item was packaged terribly and was completely crushed and broken. 14 months of waiting for a broken item. Will not be using them ever again

Ive been waiting an entire year for my Nezuko pop figures to the point where I see them everywhere in stores yet my “pre-ordered” pops never arrived. It’s also ridiculous how they will not issue a full refund they will still keep some of your money. Wish I knew it was a scam before I ordered

I have not received my order. They have automated responses to emails sent. Ordered in 2021. They need to get their site shut down. Even their tracker portal doesn't work!

don't order anything from krakens! these are scammers! i've been waiting for my order since may 2021! Now it's may 2022! if you want to cancel your order, they will keep 15% of the purchase price! the answer to emails is always the same, they are about to finish the order and send it. but nothing happens!
