Further to my review of 2/12/21, I returned the goods to Kickmotion as they were no longer required. To date, no refund or contact the company has been received.

I will avoid dealing with this company in future

I ordered a wire for the tail light, you haven't even delivered it. PITIFUL!

F***King A**H*** Company wasting my time for PayPal open case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... TOTALLY A ZOMBIE COMPANY. IF ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER. FEAR NOT BY OPEN CASE USING PAYPAL. UNLESS U PAID BY CREDIT CARD BUT STILL ABLE TO REVERT BACK BY YOUR LOCAL CREDIT CARD BY RAISE A DISPUTE. DO NOT LET YOUR MONEY GOES IN TO THEIR POCKET

I am pretty sure this is a generic questionnaire.
Your company is fraudulent and you know this, and you still asking for a review. You just take money and don’t deliver or communicate..
I wish I could give less than a 1 star.

He said he thought i was fraud he asked me to send my id with address on it next to my face.. i did it and still cancelled it

They had the exact parts I was looking for and provided relatively fast overseas delivery. Package arrived in great shape! Highly recommend for any hard to find items.

The shipping to Canada was extremely slow. Over two weeks now and still no part. I order ninebot max parts from China for cheaper and they arrive within 8 days. International priority is what I was charged ($36) but the fed ex tracking shows international economy. If I wouldn’t know this I would’ve just ordered off Walmart’s site using their 3rd party sellers.

The product's came in a timely manner, and was precisely as described

WARNING WARNING WARNING AVOID Throwing money away with this company luckily I used PayPal so got my money back would not trust these cowboys at all I was sent a tracking number but it was never taken to the delivery company (fed-ex) guessing they have bought some fake reviews online I would run for the hills before using this company

Ordered on the 25th of June I got no answers for my order for more than one week. I opened a dispute with paypal, that contected the seller. He never replied and paypal refund me the amount I have paid. I don't know what happenend but there was no communication at all. I was left unaware of my order for such a long time. I never had this kind of problems before. One star is the maximum I can give.

I purchased parts on May 18th and was told the couriers had received the tracking number. When I went to track the order there was nothing to track.#
I contacted Kickmotion by email three times, live chat then email sales.
There has been no communication at all and It is now nearly three weeks. You cannot phone as it is never answered.
At this moment I have lost my order of £58 and still no parts to complete the scooter I was working on.
Not good.
