After several calls the customer service and a promised response to my complaint I got nothing from them

After several calls the customer service and a promised response to my complaint I got nothing from them
Bought a bag of ready salted flavour on the recommendation of a YouTuber who said Kettle are the only brand that still have 3 simple clean simple ingredients. (Potato, salt and sunflower oil) I was so trustful, I didn't even check the ingredients on the packet. I soon realised something was not right. The crisps tasted stale and were not evenly cooked. They looked like a popadom that had been fried in cold oil. It was like I was eating someone's toenail cuttings. It soon became clear when the ingredients revealed rapeseed oil had been added 'in varying portions' and we know what that means.
I MISS THE TIMES WHEN WE WERE WILLING TO BOYCOTT COMPANIES BY NOT BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS UNTIL THEY START USING THE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS....I WONT BE BUYING THESE AGAIN FOR SURE...
THE CRISPS WERE STALE WHEN I CHOMPED DOWN ON THE BIG ONE SHOULD WE SAY !!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SOME MUCH RAGE FLURRING THROUGH MY BLOOD STREAM AT ONCE THE VEINS IN MY HEAD HAD A PULSE AS I SPAT THE CRISP AS I SHOULD CALL IT IN THE BIN!!! 🚨 REFUND INCOMING 🚨
More packaging than crisps after reducing size of multi-packs from 5 x 30g to 5 x 25g. I plan to avoid buying this product again. Now selling more packaging than crisps.
I have tried to call and email, but to no avail. My bag of chips seemed greasy and when I got further into the bag to pour out more, they came out wet with oil. At least I hope that was what it was! I would like some answers from the company!
Someone offered me a taste of your new Brie & Caramelised Onion crisps. I must say they were delicious but I am still not buying any Kettle Crisps as you are persisting with the 'shrinkflation' policy of reducing the content from 150g to 130g. All your competitors still offer 150g packets so I intend to continue buying them.
Do these people even exist? The website is defunct, the complaints page is broken, you ring for product complaints and it goes to an answerphone! No reply to my email to kettle chips eu.
At my recent a dinner party, sitting down for dinner, we had drinks accompanied by peanuts, Kettle Crisps, and assortment of nibbles.
I was unlucky to find that I not only was I chewing on Kettle Crisps, but something very hard that broke one of my rear teeth! I carefully took a tissue and spat out the contents, put it in a bin, and continued talking to guests, avoiding the embarrassing issue! I wrote to Kettle Crisps, who have just come back to deny any responsibility as I didn't forward the remains of the 'stone' that broke my tooth. I did send them the packet containing the crisps and a copy of my dental bill ie. circa £200! Oh yes, they did send me a £3 voucher!!!
This is a classic example of 'negligence' that can be excused because they are big enough to 'bat me off'.
Totally disgusting and unacceptable!!
Nice quality and flavour. Shame the packets are mostly full of air
What a rip off got a 25g pack and there must of been 7 crisps in there. see other people's reviews about the same issue! Never again and will always now buy Two farmers crisps
Opened a pack of 25g kettle chips from a 5 pk bag. Very little in the packet so weighed them, 22g!! used a high quality digital scale. What a joke once a great product now just a rip off. Will never purchase again.
Fantastic tasting crisps and i thought i would order direct from website as its cheaper etc. The email said delivery today, i went to check when today and dpd are still waiting on the parcel!
