Cheap and good Quality hosting!
I have been with Jetstax for near 2 months and have no issues with them. The service is amazing and quick and they help me out with all of my problems. I really do suggest going with them for how cheap they are as well it is quality servers for a cheap cost.

Not giving refund?
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Started with trying to buy a FiveM server. They took my money and I tried to log onto the panel. Wouldn't let me. An hour later I made a ticket asking for a refund. They haven't responded for 7 days. I wrote on their discord for support and said they couldn't give me a refund, because I didnt write a ticket within 48 hours. I DID?? As stated farther up I wrote a ticket 45-60 mins after purchase. They have now not responded to me for several days, and taken the matter with paypal. 0/10 CAN NOT RECOMMEND! TIM THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER.

We are sorry if the experience was not what you were expecting. General and technical questions are answered withing 24 hours. But note that refund requests are handled within 10 days. And indeed refund requests must be made within 48 hours, if you did request a refund within 48 hours then there must have been gone something wrong so what i recommend is contacting support so we can look into this that it does not happen again.

You get what you pay for
Worst game server ever tried. Paid for a month . Did not received any support and had to cancel a service which did not even boot. Did not want to make a refund although I cancelled the service in six hours as the server did not boot and did not received any help. Now happy with other provider. Paid one month for a 0 minutes service...

If your FiveM server did not boot that means you forgot to set a FiveM license key in your settings. Something everyone has to do. You state you had no support but we do have records of support tickets. Also in our terms is explained that a cancelation is handled by the system and if you want a refund you need to create a support ticket requesting the refund. What you have done a week after purchase and not the 6 hours you said. We always try everyone the best as we can but you never said anything about not booting the server. If you do not request any support about that matter then we also cannot help.

The reason your service did not boot is that you require a license key for a FiveM server that can be created for free at keymaster.fivem.net, you never contacted support about this "issue" which is not really an issue because every FiveM server requires this to be done. We also could not find any reference to a refund request in our system. Please post relevant information as a review so it's trustworthy on here.
