From the moment I stepped into the showroom Colin made me feel welcome and listened to my needs for a new car, he happily showed me the one I had been interested in, gave me the key and let me take it for a drive. Upon return he explained all the features of the car and answered my questions, he explained the finance options if needed, and did not pressure me to buy there and then, he gave me his business card and said to call if I had any more queries.
I loved the car, it was perfect and in great condition, I called Colin the next day, confirmed the purchase and paid a small deposit to hold it. Within a week everything was in place for my purchase and I then dealt with John as Colin was away on holiday. Again John was friendly, provided all the paperwork required promptly for the purchase, serviced the car, taxed my car for 6mths and changed the number plates to my personalized ones all ready for collection.
Upon collection John met me at the door with a smile, gave me my keys to check the car throughout in my own time, he then confirmed all was how I expected and we signed the final paperwork. Deal done, 2 keys provided and reminders re servicing in a year etc explained.
From start to finish these guys made the purchase enjoyable and I would definitely recommend going to them if you decide to buy a car, I will return for servicing my car, and if I decide to upgrade or change in a few years.

Left my Honda crv in to have a vsa light sorted and was told I needed a service to keep warranty right .paid 165 pounds for oil change and oil filter copper washer and washer liquid. When I asked why fuel filter and air filter had not been changed was told it was only a minor service .a few words were exchanged not to say the least.
