I would give this company 0 stars if I could don't fall into the trap if you are a start up business with 1 years very good turnover! If you rent your home they require a homeowner to be a guarantor???? Absolute joke why would anyone put their home up to guarantee a coffee machine ... hilarious and by the way if you are reading this you have no idea that I am taking £1000 per day profit but no one bothered to ask if I could actually afford it which I clearly can all they want is someone to put their home up as collaterol... what a ridiculous set up and after reading other's reviews im very glad you said no before even trying to understand my business what a waste of time!!!

The customer 'service' is terrible. hot water machine they supplied constantly leaking. takes at least 2 weeks to get someone to come out. Very rude replies when you message them for help. Ask them to take machine back as its constantly breaking down and they say we are locked into contract. We are paying for something that doesn't work and can't get out of it.

Cannot go wrong with ispy group

What a great service.
Had a lovely chap called Mike arrive to service our coffee machine.
He was professional , friendly and very good at his job. Will 100% be using ispy group again.

Terrible service hide behind contract

Terrible service hide behind contract, water machine flooded office caused severe damage, they replaced it new one started doing same within a few months. The machines they supply are not fit for purpose and you have to wait two weeks for an engineer to come while you pay for a machine that does not work properly. other reviews tell same story servicing they charge you each year but do not do it unless you chase them they take the money quick enough.

Quick and Easy service

horrendous service - tie you in for life and threaten to sue you if you leave a review complaining.

horrendous service. they use third party companies to tie you into long contracts. The third party companies dont have any contact details so cancellation is impossible. They do this so the different companies can blame eachother. We have been trying to cancel our agreement since september 2022 and between CF&L and ispy, they have made it impossible. Spoke to the commercial manager who was as helpful as an empty fire extinguisher in a burning building who just wanted me to put everything in an email. Have taken their process to trading standards today as I feel the way they do their rolling contracts are beyond criminal. When I said about leaving a review of the service I have received, Gemma kept accusing me of threatening her. Clearly she is in play to deflect the complaints and not deal with them as her manner is terrible and the customer service is beyond non exsistent. If they were not on companies house I would just assume this is a scam. They use different company names to hide their reviews and criminal behaviour. if you look at the reviews for CF&L, its all one star reviews with no evidence of them trying to solve the issues, just to bury them.

Since leaving this review Kelly 'head of legal' has blown up my works email with cease and desists as well as threatening to sue for abusing their staff and for my comments in this review. The threats, they keep mentioning, was my threat to go to trading standards about their awful behaviour.

In the three years we have been trying to cancel this contract, they have continued to charge us yet have not been out to service the water cooler. Its not like you can call them to arrange anything, the telephone number on all the corrospondence is fake and does not work.

Company is showing as dormant on companies house yet active on live chat and trust pilot. It’s just an awful business practice and anyone sets up this kind of structure with multiple companies all based at the same address doing the same service, tends to be dodgy from the very top.

Terrible customer service and zero…

Terrible customer service and zero proper machine maintenance.

We were paying for maintenance across our contracts, yet the machines were never serviced properly. When we challenged them, they even tried to charge us extra for “poor condition” of the machines — despite the fact that we’d been paying them to keep the equipment in working order in the first place.
When it came to cancelling, suddenly there were hidden hoops to jump through — three months’ notice, extra costs, and even a requirement to send a recorded delivery letter to exit.

Very bad service overall, and I would never deal with them again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

i Spy a winner

iSpy group are a dream to deal with! The service team are very attentive, down to earth and always willing to help. If there is ever any issue a friendly engineer is swiftly sent to us. The coffee is of great quality and is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Scarlett from the sales team is always available to answer my questions on machines and what’s best for me in a Very professional and helpful manor, always willing to go the extra mile.
Our longevity with using them has made a great business relationship, which makes working together hassle free and always a pleasure. They will have us as a customer for many years to come.

Very bad or no services / communication

We have been in contact since September regarding our annual services (year 3) yet the services we paid for remain unprovided.
On 2nd September, we paid £246 via CF&L for the annual coffee machine services.
We initially raised a service ticket in September, but we were informed that the services could not be provided before November. In November, we were told that we needed to pay again because our account had supposedly been closed— we just having already paid the full amount for the equipment.

Communication has been extremely poor, with updates occurring only about once every 10 days. We have not received any response since our last contact.

This experience reflects very poor or nonexistent service for the payments made.

Great Service …

Have been with Ispy group for over 4 years and the one constant throughout has been Jamie Penfold their engineer who has supplied and serviced our machines.
He has simply been first class.
Jamie consistently provides a high level of service by responding to texts or phone calls within 2 hours and advising you what he is going to do to solve your problem.
However, unlike most service providers he does exactly what he says he is going to do.
As a result, The George on the Green in Holyport near Maidenhead is more than happy to continue to use the coffee machines supplied by Ispy group.

AVOID
All seems well when you sign up for something, however the salesman sells you the dream and in reality you don't get it.
The sales person is not clear and i'm not just saying that, i've learnt my lesson from this - so please take note.
Bad customer service - rude and unhelpful

Cancelled my contract after calling up to ask how many payments I had left as I felt the agreement had gone on a long time.
I was told instead of financing a product to purchase - it was in fact a lease and they just renew automatically.
(bad to the unclear salesman)

Now a triple charge to cancel - and request to collect the old unit (which doesn't work) their solution re-sign a new agreement, then no payment is needed.

Everything about this company is frustrating - once they have you they don't bother with you but keep collecting your money.

In reality I would not have written this if I wasn't being charged £380 to cancel
The company is greedy. I've more than paid for a water boiler and now out of greed want more.

Greedy and sneaky.

I been with Ispy for 4 years and they have provided me my coffee beans and coffee machine. I had no issues with service as the team is very accommodating and will resolve issues quickly. Fantastic company, great staff.
Will always recommend them to other businesses.

Were do I start.

Were do I start.. not only did I wait 6 months longer than expected for my coffee machine and only for me chasing I finally got it that when I did Menen acted like she done me a favour and asked to supply a good review! Who by the way is non existent and rude. The engineer who attends is the only good thing about this company and yes I say attends the Coffetek machine is utterly Usless it’s out of order more than it works and the engineer even said he does not know why the company supplies the machines and has even admitted the incompetence in the office. I will be in contact qwith legal advice next week and will be back in touch regarding my next steps. This will passed off as a competitor judging by replies to other bad reviews but they all seem pretty similar.
