Very helpful staff, the trousers were out of stock and they managed to locate another pair and have them sent out to me.

Gorgeous cardi . Very pretty and a little bit different with three quarter ruffled sleeves. Slightly more than I’d normally pay but worth it as it feels gorgeous to wear ! The shop is just beautiful and staff so friendly and helpful . Fast becoming one of my favourite places to shop!

I have just discovered this shop, staff are so friendly and clothes are very stylish and good quality.

We were walking Iris and Violet one evening and I spotted a nice jacket in the widow display which invoked approving noises from Amanda......I made a not to look online but life got busy so it was a couple of weeks before I had the opportunity.....when I did I wasn't sure which jacket it was so I thought I would call the Cambridge shop....Claire was very pleasant and patient and helpful in helping me too identify the jacket to a point where she suggested she spoke with her colleagues and called me back. Thankfully her colleague takes photographs of her window displays so the jacket was identified and after help with sizing the jacket was purchased arriving in a few days.....it was supposed to be a birthday present but that's 4 weeks away and it was chilly tonight ......Sooo lots of glee and appreciation from Amanda and a big hug for me......The perfect Retail experience....Thank you!

Absolutely love this shop. Visited the Cambridge shop just before Xmas with my sister. My sister ended up buying me a knitted top as a surprise present for Xmas but sadly it was too small. I contacted the shop by email and they couldn’t have been more helpful and so prompt in replying. I sent the top back and they emailed me a voucher to the value of the top so I could purchase something else. Can’t recommend this shop enough, love it, will definitely be buying more!

I was unable to find what I wanted in my home town of Newcastle upon Tyne. They had the earrings in stock, and we delivered beautifully wrapped and no p&p to pay. Great service.

This rating is given based on the service I encountered with Danielle who works at the Cambridge store.
I had seen a dress in store but did not buy it at the time. A day later I decided to buy it but couldn’t go back to the store and realised it wasn’t online.
I contacted the store by email and Danielle very quickly responded, and explained the dress was not currently online. She then posted the dress online for limited period of time just so I could order it.
