Just purchase an Evolution Plus 750, after installation, found it noisy which supposed to be 60% quieter. Called customer service which was connected to U.S. she was absolute professional and courteous. Immediately found the issue and said that they post the missing item to fix the problem. Looking forward to receiving the part to resolve my issue. A very happy & satisfied customer.

Issue with Insinkerator 3-1 Hot tap
I had to call Insinkerator with regards a fault with a 3-1 hottap that had recently been replaced. I called the support number which was answered quickly and spoke with the representative who quickly identified the issue as the hot tank and not the tap. A replacement hot tank is an it's way which will resolve the issue. Very professional and excellent service from Insinkerator.

Fantastic brand with very reliable products and great customer service
We're very much a fan of Insinkerator products. This latest one E1000 SR-1 A/S waste disposal.
I contacted their customer service team to ask if it would be possible to bypass the need for the air pump to switch the unit on and off and simply use the switch that provides electric power to the unit.
Much to my delight they confirmed it was possible (get the unit running using the air pump then turn it off at the switch, then disconnect the air pump. All future uses will be via the power switch.)
Anyway we're delighted with their confirmatory response, the speed with which they answered the call and the knowledge of the lady i spoke to.
A very happy customer. Thank you!

Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit, don't know how we managed without one! Get the one that does pretty much everything and say goodbye to the stinky food caddy. Noise level is acceptable. Only used support once (chat) and that was quite smooth.

The filter provided by Insinkerator was good but..
The filter provided by Insinkerator were excellent - however, as I found to my cost when you replace them they can cause issues with the water tank itself and this caused it to crack and leak (what they don't tell you is the issue with pressure and you should release that first, turn off the water supply etc etc ) so a costly replacement tank was obtained and fitted by Peter Bray (who was excellent) so I now have in effect a new system that is working beautifully! So let down was the instructions on replacing the filter but it was an old system so getting a new one wasn't a deal breaker for me...but might be for someone else. Peter gets 5 stars!

Waste disposal
We logged a call after our waste disposal stopped working. We were advised that it will need replacing under warranty and that it had to be ordered. We got a call when the part arrived and the engineer called out on a Saturday morning and fitted it and took away the faulty unit. Highly recommend this company and the staff were extremely helpful

Cannot recommend highly enough
I love this company. You can speak to a human who is empathetic, clear, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve rung several times over the last couple of years asking about weird noises from the waste disposal to which model suits me best (when it had finally after 20 years died) and then which hot water tap to fit.Great news was our plumbers were here and saw what amazing service I got. Our insinkerator tap was only reaching…
Our insinkerator water tank the black one, was only reaching 65 degrees, phoned them to say what was wrong, only to be told that they would send out another one, with the remaining warranty, which is about 3 weeks, so the new one doesn't have any warranty, and they didn't have it in stock, would be another week till they got them back in stock, I thought there would be another years warranty on the new one. Not happy
Just phoned the Uk branch and there not budging on the warranty, I told him it was the third one we have had over the years, won't be buying another.
