I did not want my subscription renewed…

I did not want my subscription renewed and I am messaging same day I have sent over 5 emails already in the same hour I was charged to give me my 40 dollars back this is completely unacceptable and I will sue if I don’t get my money back in my account.
Update they left a comment on my review i have snet 5 emails already and still have not responded to a single one.

Scammers

I paid $2.00 for a one-week trial. During that process, a pop-up offered a three-month subscription for $9.99 which I accepted. I was then charged a total of $11.99.

Afterward, I received an email during that same week stating that I would be charged $39.99 if I did not cancel before the trial period ended. This contradicted the offer I had already accepted and paid for. To avoid any additional charges, I canceled my subscription within the trial period.

The next day I contacted customer support and received a response from a representative (Emily) confirming that my cancellation was completed and explicitly assuring me that I would not incur any further charges.

Despite this written confirmation, I was subsequently charged $39.99 without explanation or authorization. This is in addition to the initial $2.00 trial fee and the $9.99 subscription charge. This directly contradicts the company’s written assurance that no further charges would occur.

Furthermore, my account was never updated from the trial to the three-month subscription I paid for, meaning I was charged for a service that was never provided.

Complete scammers. Don't waste your money. Not to mention the product is crap.

Update;
Their excuse is that what I actually paid for is a cheat sheet for 9.99. A literal document for $10. If that doesn't scream scammer, I don't know what does. If all these charges don't do it for you, let me review the acual product. It's crap. The writing was jibberish. If you want to sound like you lost 50 IQ points, by all means, subscribe away.

Overpriced Tool with Unsatisfactory Customer Support Experience

I The tool is quite expensive for the value it delivers (€39.99 for features that other tools offer for free). In addition, when I attempted to cancel within the trial period, I was unable to do so due to a platform bug and had to contact support to request the cancellation. Unfortunately, this process took longer than the 7-day trial period. When I later requested a refund, it was denied multiple times, despite the platform issues that prevented timely cancellation. For these reasons, I would not recommend this tool.
