This is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I've been waiting 8 weeks to receive a wall light and they have refused to refund me, repeatedly saying it's on the way and nearly with you. Despite this they cannot provide any tracking or eta. Total nonsense.....
Following a recommendation in The Times I purchased a lamp from Homely Touch. It took weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive I tried to return it. The website clearly states a 30 day return policy, but the package came without any paperwork, order number or address. I have been trying to get information about how and where to return the item for two weeks. They offered me 10% off if I would keep it, but when I refused this they will not respond to my emails
This is a scam website, very shady return / refund policy and non existent customer care. Items ship from China, cheap items that do not match the picture. Received a broken item, reported it immediately, 3 weeks of endless back and forth dealing with AI-generated emails, no refund or agreement to refund me. The phone number is unmanned, reroutes to a Dutch voicemail.
