Hola WiFi have been excellent throughout the process, the sales staff initially were informative and helpful. Explaining the costs and package. I live in the countryside and internet connection and speed has been an issue, but they checked availability and when the técnicos came they made sure the connection was as good as advertised before they finished. Installation was professional and thorough and the aftercare is also great.
Hola WiFi has been a positive experience and I recommend everyone to try them. I also have a mobile phone line an really pleased with 😀

We recently “upgraded” our internet connection (pay more money and receive a faster speed) as we were not happy with the service. It was a mistake as the “new upgraded” service is worse than the previous one. We are tired of contacting Customer Services (they must be tired of me also), they tell us the same thing every time - that there is a problem with the repeater in your area. They used to be the best now they must be the worst. I have neighbours experiencing the same shoddy service. Time to look for a new provider.

I’ve never seen such a bad service in my life.
You shouldn’t start business, guys, if you aren’t ready to provide quality product. My plan costs 50€ and 100€ for installation, that’s more expensive than other providers.
When I ask a manager in Denia office, are there any problems with connection, he told me HolaWiFi is the best product on the market, and it’s possible only in case of global blackout or absence of electricity or connection.
First 2 days were ok, stable connection and good speed, but on the 3rd day connection was dropped and we hadn’t any internet.
I called support and they told me we have some problems just wait a little.
Next day I called support they told me there are no any problems but I’ve still hadn’t connection. I called them about 25 times while this time.
So now is the 8th day without internet, and a technician should have come today, but they just sent me a message, sorry we can visit and fix this time (they suggested me).
HolaWiFi is not about serious approach to business and service. I think maximum you can do, guys, is selling beer on the beach.

Since October 18, 2025 we have had continual interruptions in our internet service. We reported this to HolaWifi who promised to resolve the issue. No success. Eventually, at the end of November, they told us that they would send a technical assistant to check our situation. Despite repeated WhatsApps, we are syill waiting!

What I love about Hola Wifi is that I can send a whatsapp message to a real person and can be 100% sure that a real person will reply, with their name and they really sound like they want to quickly solve my problem. And they did! Compare this to the challenge of accessing a service in the UK.....

It was easy to make an appointment for the installation and the technician was very helpful and explaned everything he did.
I use it for a week now and only with the really heavy rain the signal was gone for a bit.
Further the signal is very good.

I have just left Hola Wifi after three years. However I am leaving a 4 star review. Why? Well it has been an interesting ride to say the least. The actual service has been 50/50. Sometimes it works and works well. Other times it is awful. Slow speed and numerous hours of not working at all. But I signed up with them after some time with Aeromax. Are they still going? And Hola are streets ahead of that experience.
So why the positive review? Well they have tried! They have tried their level best to get it working. They respond to WhatsApp messages very quickly and they follow up with a phone to call ask how it’s going. Is it fixed? Are you happy?
So although it isn’t a perfect service they do their best to try and make it work.
I didn’t have fibre in my area when I signed up with Hola but I do now. So I’ve left and will give the guys a chance. If you are stuck for any Internet in say a rural area Hola are worth a go. If it works it works.

Been trying to get an internet router for 2 weeks and all information I got is that that the router has been shipped a long time ago. "The person responsible for sending it is either having a siesta, is on a holiday or that the factory has delivery problems" was their excuse for it not arriving.
They also repeatedly say they will get Pepe to call me (who never does).
They are quick to accept 250 euro's, but unprofessional and definitely not the company to use for getting internet set up. Go elsewhere.

Some might find their experiences positive, for me it has been an utter nightmare! If I could I would put a zero rating. I’ve had countless interruptions ranging from 15 minutes to 15 hours. Their technical support team, after a brief apology, sometimes don’t even get back to you. I live outside Denia and have no coverage, no 4G or 5G so whenever there’s a break in their services I have to walk half a mile just to let them know. And then wait endlessly for a response ( if there is one). I’ve repeatedly been told this won’t happen again… but this scenario has been repeating itself for a year now. I wonder if any of the top managers will ever read this ot even if they really care. I would DEFINITELY not recommend them - except to my worst enemy !
Just a small add on to your response about ‘only 2 incidents reported’ I have about 12 WhatsApp messages in which I’ve reported a break down. I’d be happy to share them with you. Just wanted to set the record straight.

We are so disappointed we joined them in their early days, and could not fault the service,but recently they seem to have last their way. No response to calls,speed of internet drops, to try and get a response is hopeless spend your life on the phone.

HolaWifi charges 12.10 Euros for 1MB of data outside of Europe! So just by turning on my phone, I was charged 76 Euros.
I am not sure whether this is even legal, but clearly they should not offer international roaming fees, instead of charging this insane price.

Hola WiFi . customer service is awful..They have overcharged me ..No one knows why and they don't answer phones NEVER AGAIN..I have now been offered and reluctantly accepted a reduced price and some extras...still much more expensive than alternatives but I need to get on with other things..

My WiFi stopped working on 16th January and 5 emails later…I still haven’t had a simple reply. I allow this company to have a pillar on my land in Coin and I’m sure they would respond quickly if I took this pillar down. Really unprofessional company and very poor customer services.

Informé de un problema con mi sistema a Hola WiFi y en una hora un maravilloso miembro del equipo de soporte llamado Yolanda había informado a un técnico llamado José Andrés que me envió un WhatsApp diciéndome que había hecho cambios en el sistema de Internet y que comprobara y viera si mi problema estaba resuelto. Mientras revisaba mi ordenador, Yolanda me llamó por teléfono para comprobar que estaba contento y que todo estaba arreglado. Increíble atención al cliente y servicio al cliente. Las cosas a veces van mal con las conexiones a Internet, pero he descubierto que Hola WiFi soluciona los problemas de forma rápida y eficiente. Los recomiendo mucho.
I reported a problem with my system to Hola WiFi and within the hour a wonderful member of the support team called Yolanda had informed a technician called José Andrés who sent me a WhatsApp telling me that he had made changes in the internet system and to check and see if my problem was resolved. As I was checking on my computer Yolanda telephoned me to check that I was happy and all was fixed. Incredible customer care and customer service. Things sometimes go wrong with internet connections but I have found that Hola WiFi sort out problems quickly and efficiently. I recommend them Highly.

Internet speed drops on a regular basis. Customer service is appalling, they're argumentative and generally unhelpful. The problem is nearly always your fault not theirs, and they'll openly lie to your face.

Holawifi have been great, the wifi has been very reliable - on our urbanisation my neighbours often complain, but Holawifi doesn’t give me that problem.
But what I like most are the temporary leaves , as I come and go to and from Spain, so don’t need a year long service.
So I set up the wifi to be on for when I arrive, and the best bit is the customer service, they answer my queries in English and speedily and the staff are polite and knowledgeable - the best service I have had from any utility company in well over 10 years.
