Really great morning classes here—warm room, thoughtful sequencing, and the teachers know everyone’s name. Booking via phone is old-school but works fine; just wish they added more evening slots so I didn’t need to rush.
A week with TM-instructor Akos Mester at The Folk School for Development of Consciousness is truly a lifechanging experience. Didn’t quite know what to expect from the course on Transendental Meditation, but I think I am in a new place in life now. Akos Mester teaches from a place beyond, which makes the understanding of TM reach a point within your soul that at least I didn’t know how to get to. Thank you, Akos 🪷
