Consistently Helpful and Responsive

We have been using this time and attendance system for over 3 years, and the support team has been excellent. Their response time is consistently great, and they are always open to suggestions and improvements, making collaboration on new ideas or system requirements easy. Communication is clear and transparent, and whenever any issues arise, they do their utmost to resolve them quickly and effectively.

Even with changes in company ownership, the support has remained just as reliable and attentive. They are willing to tailor the system to meet our specific business needs. No matter who assists us, every team member is helpful, supportive, and professional. It’s clear that they genuinely care about providing a solution that works for us. We would highly recommend this system.

Great Customer service - I had a problem with Employee records…

I had a problem with Employee records and Peter Wagstaff was great - he instantly replied and gave me a solution that was easy to implement. Really recommend HFX - great customer service.

Problem solved

The engineer was very helpful and personable. The fault was resolved along with some additional issues found on site.
The process between raising the repair request and the engineer attending is the only part that could be improved.

New hours pattern

Alfie has been brilliant from start to finish on this project. We needed the new pattern set up urgently, and he did a fantastic job getting it sorted quickly. Thanks to the rosters and patterns being set up correctly on Imperago, payroll has run smoothly today without any issues.
