Missing ingredients

Missing ingredients, recipe card, incorrect ingredients and late delivery times made me finally cancel after many years.
I’ll be trying one of the many other meal delivery services instead

Packaging is horrible

Packaging is horrible. Do not put bagels, bread items and tomatoes on the bottom. My box was smashed. Offer more variety of popular meals not just bowls. I would love to see more homestyle or basic meals like potroast, alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken french, spinach artichoke chicken, meals for kids. Take a look at other competitors and their meal options. Price is also outrageous for the small portions. I ordered for 4 people and theres only enough for 2. Example pasta or rice meals if your going to have such small portions a side like salad or bread should be included as a filler. Until serving size and price changes i probably wont be back unless there is a promo.

Shipped Box to Old Zip Code

Went to sign up for it after seeing a new customer offer on United Airlines loyalty program. Entered my info, picked my meals, entered the payment info and it then went to a page saying it found my old account from years ago and changed the delivery address to my sister’s who I shipped food to years ago. It striped the new customer offer from the account too.

I changed the street address and entered the info again, however it never changed the zip code so my box went to Ohio when I am in Utah. Customer service is useless and can’t do anything so I am stuck for a week without food.

I just canceled and am moving on with another service. They screwed themselves out of a customer by trying to avoid paying the new customer offer by finding an old account with old info, and have to eat the cost of a box that is refunded because it went to the wrong address.

Beware

Beware. You may not get the correct items or the boxes delivered all at once.
Potatoes and dome veggies are not fresh Many bruises, that you don’t see because the are wrapped in a bag.
Two orders messed up. I get mistakes happen, but come on.
Not as good for the expensive price.

I don't like that there are frys on…

I don't like that there are frys on just about every meal. And the potatoes that are sent are tiny like 2" and smaller . These potatoes don't cook well. they make tiny frys frys should be made from normal sized potatoes. There needs to be more variety in how the potatoes are cooked.there are so many way to cook potatoes.and vegetables in general need more variety. I like green beans but not 7 days a week. Overall the meals are great quality, and recipes have very good flavors. I love your service. But would like to see improvements. On the delivery side I get wrong meals delivered a lot and wrong recipes get sent and have to improvise when it happens.

Feedback on delivery timing and produce

The delivery has been arriving late in the day. This makes it impossible to cook the first meal same day. I don't want to move the delivery to an earlier day as I don't need the convenience on the weekends.
Some of the vegetables seem not fresh. The green beans received this week seemed old and had leaves included that were moldy. The tomato that we received was not ripe.
The baguettes for the sandwiches do not open without tearing and they do not resemble what is shown on the pictures.
Outside the above, the service is as advertised.

For starters

So far, I've only eaten the pork sausage, egg, & cheese breakfast burrito and it was very good. I work so won't cook a meal till the weekend, so check back.

zero boxes received

Since signing up, I should have received two boxes by now. I have received zero. No information until after it should have arrived to say "sorry, can't make the delivery". If my third box doesn't arrive, I am cancelling and never using again.

I received an incorrect order with…

I received an incorrect order with different meals than the ones I ordered. I reached out to customer support and told me I would get a refund. This refund was not processed. I reached out again and said for sure it would be applied to the next order. It was not. I reached out a third time and was told the refund will be issued after the current promotion, which applies only 10 dollara off over a span of several weeks. Also, every time I contact customer support it takes like 40-60 minutes to actually get an answer.
