It’s been over a month and we have yet to receive our packages. I’d say we’ve given ol hello fresh enough attempts on this one.

We are liking the meals but are finding an over abundance of onions. If you send two onions we are using only one. Other items at times seem to be short. We order meals for three people and sometimes there seems to be supplies for two people.

I really enjoy the meals, they are always very tasty and the directions are pretty straight forward. I love the simplicity of the app and having food delivered to the house. The price really isn't bad either. My only issue is that there is often produce that is bad before the end of the week or meat shows up with the packing punctured, juice everywhere, and unable to be used.

Overall the experience with HelloFresh has been wonderful. Quality of food is excellent, recipes are thorough and easy to follow. Several times when I've changed the weekly selection the recipe for the new selection has not been included but it is easy to download from the website. Devilery service has been good but on several hot days the ice packs have been almost completely melted when delivered. I was home at the delivery at opened the box immediately.

2 weeks in a row my order was a day late. Today it arried at 7:30pm and NO recipe cards inside. I cancelled earlier today even before I get my order with no recipe cards. Last time they were bent and jammed in the box. The boxes are poorly taped. Really gone downhill. Too bad as the meals are so delicious.

We’ve had a few times that ingredients have been old and then last week, we only got two of our three meals and I’ve tried to contact customer service several times and have not been successful

I received my first box and a big bug was in the box. I received my box fast. The food is ok. You need more vegan plant base items to choose from. The price is a little high compared to other companies.

It’s what I look forward to each week! I love how fresh everything is and the step by step Recipes and the variety. I tell everyone about it ☺️

It has definitely helped me stay focused and already have a set goal on what I will be cooking for dinner. Small things like sugar oil salt pepper that the dish requires are not included. However, it has helped. I have discovered new ways to cook regular foodI typically have. Learned new recipes. And the process is quick and easy. The food has tasted much better than I imagined it would. It helped having %50 off discount for 2 deliveries. That price, I could afford. I probably could not continue the service at full price though.

Twice in the last month you have failed to deliver my box and then it shows up 3 days late rotten. You support team is not helpful and refused to transfer me to a manager. Last chance...

The food has been mostly very good and have enjoyed Hello Fresh. There has not been very many we haven't liked. Seem to have the same thing show up on our menus faily quickly after we have had them. Only real issue is that we have had some missing recipes with our meal and even have had our vegetables not come with our meal. We however were refunded for the problem. That was good. I would recommend

Food recipes need more flavor and less salt. Last order my fish pkg was opened and leaking liquid. Couldn’t use it. Ranch steak has a lot of fat and grizzle.

Expired food made us sick no reply from the company

Overall the food is good. However, I have from time to time received less than edible vegetables. Delivery recently has been a bit of an issue with the box being left in the sun.

Disingenuous starter discount. %50 off one box does not equal 12 free meals. Regardless of box size 12 free meals should be roughly $100-120 of discounts at your own posted rates. Everything else was fine but I was anticipating a much different discount than what was offered. Nowhere was it obviously posted that 12 free meals was dependent on box size.

We were missing the main ingredient from our last meal and had to run to the grocery store and purchase it.

Used to be wonderful with an occasional shipping hiccup, but seems to be consistent issues across the board now. Missing recipe cards, wrong meals or ingredients, missing ingredients, and open packaging including leaking meat.

I had 2 accounts, the wrong food sent,my plan is 3 mls per week. Sent 63 of which I did NOT choose nd I’ve contacted your company multiple times with no fixing. Not worth the hassle

My order was delayed and ultimately never delivered this week, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We plan our meals and grocery schedule around these deliveries, so when a box does not arrive, it creates a real inconvenience and disrupts our week. I understand delays can happen, but a missed delivery without a proper resolution is not the level of service I expect from HelloFresh.
