All food arrives fresh. Spices are nice and make simple recipes upscale.

I previously got the recipe cards online, when they were not included in the box. Today's box was again missing a recipe card. Actually, Janet wanted to let you know that this is no longer an isolated incident. She authorized emailing the missing recipe card. Yes, great, but i didn't need you for merely that. It's really just to alert you to a perhaps minor, but recurrent event. Anyway, your response, while accurate and appropriate, did not acknowledge this other facet of the call. That's why I'm sending this message.

Ingredients are always good and appropriately proportioned. When there's a mistake such as a missing meal, HelloFresh provides a credit for the next order. Recipes are generally very good except we have found that recommended baking times are always too long and/or oven temperature too high. After burning several veggies, we've learned to adjust. A small annoyance is there is almost always 1-3 missing menus that we then have to look up and print. Overall, we're pleased with the service.

Love everything about hello fresh just wish there was more veggie options you could swap out because I can’t keep eating carrots

It is really easy to order online, the boxes always come on time, and it really makes cooking great food at home really simple!

I didn’t receive one of the proteins for one of the meals. I got the wrong protein for the other meal and the wrong menu, but all of the other bagged ingredients were correct.

Bring free shipping back or I might stop ordering. I appreciate the meals but $12 for shipping is a bit much Hello Fresh

I will start by saying I have been a customer for over two years. I have seen a decrease in the quality of the produces for a little bit now. However, the last two boxes arrived warm with unusable contents. Some of the contents were also busted open. One box had busted meat with blood and juice covering other items in the box. I received a credit for the amount I was charged, but do not care to continue receiving bad quality items that I can not use.

I’ve had several boxes either missing the protein or the meat is leaking. I have received a credit every time this happened but the credit is never enough to cover going to the store to replace the missing items. Every meal is delicious but they need to make sure to actually pack the boxes

I've had missing items several times. This makes it challenging when you are trying to put dinner together.

I've been enjoying my hellofresh dinners. Makes my life easier and less complicated. Everything I need is in One box for the week. Everything I ordered is very good and tasty 😋

The food was good. I just don't like weekly deliveries and I thought it was expensive for seniors.

Delivery guy just delivered meal and threw his trash out of his car from passenger side window and left it in my front yard. This is extremely rude and he heard me scream really and kept going.

The meals turn out very flavorful.

I have had issues with missing items, whether it be a whole meal/ proteins/ or ingredients. HelloFresh has refunded the money without issue but it can be frustrating as these meals are not cheap. The portions are on the smaller size I would say. That being said they meals are fun to make and there is a great variety. The app makes for easy navigation.

Poor customer service options for company failure.
