Fast, no quibble, repair

Cannot fault the company or customer service
I had a pair of Binolulars that had develop a fault (Out of collimation). I had the binoculars for about 5 years and always looked after them.
I contacted Hawke to see whether I was covered by a warrenty as I has purchased via a well known on-line retailer and wasn't sure whether this was classed as a "recognised stockist".
Any way, a long story short, I was told very promptly by email that I was "covered"...... I sent of my Binoculars the next day (a Wednesday), I recieved an email on the following Monday informing me that my Binoculars had been inspected and a fault found and a replacement pair would be sent out. These were with me the next day. All in all from start to finish less that one week.
I would rather not have had an issue in the first place but customer service was excellent!

Brilliant customer care
The optics in the scope became faulty. I sent an email to them and within 5mins I had a response with return instructions. Within a week they sent a new scope to me. Without a doubt they provided the best customer care I have experienced in a long time.

I still can’t quite believe this. I sent off my scope for repair on Wednesday afternoon, Heidi from Hawke emailed me on Thursday morning to say she had fixed it, it was returned at 8.00am on Friday. Outstanding.

Warranty service
I had a problem with windage adjustment. The support team guided me through warranty steps very well. The respond time and professionalism was superb. Finally I have received the replacement product and all of that took lest than a week.

Excellent customer service
I have a monocular from Hawke and lost an end cap. I sent them an email enquiry and received a reply the next day with a link and also a code to get free shipping. I ordered the end cap and had it the following day. This is excellent service.

This company is probably the best I have ever dealt with.. had a small issue with a 3 year old pair of binoculars, asked them what I needed to do to get them repaired.. they received them Friday 4.30pm, acknowledged receipt, notified me Monday what the fault was, notified me again to say they had repaired, and then sent them back to me by the Tuesday.. and all under their Lifetime Warrantee.. I don't see how they could be any better.. at least 10 Stars !! thank you.

These optics are brilliant, don’t look anywhere else.
I recently bought an air-rifle after a long time away from the sport, along with a Hawke scope.Totally overwhelmed with the quality of the scope, so I researched Hawke binoculars….. bought some Endurance ED 12x50… they are amazing … really amazing.
One step further, bought a range finder, equally amazed.

Excellent customer service
I bought a spotting scope 10 years ago which recently developed a loose eyepiece. I contacted Hawke, provided proof of purchase and sent it off to them on a Saturday morning. I received my repaired scope by the next Wednesday and all I had to pay for was my postage to Hawke. I am delighted with this service.

Warranty repair
I had a small problem with my binoculars. I contacted Hawke and sent them back for repair on Wednesday this week. Today Friday they have just been returned to me. Excellent service I would highly recommend this company.
Quality and customer service
I’ve found the quality of the binoculars (ED 8x 42) to be superb. After much use though they developed a fault with the colimation/ diopter ring. I can’t rate the customer service high enough in the prompt and efficient manner that they dealt with this.

Returning a Hawke scope
I had an issue with a Hawke scope that i had purchased 2 years ago ..i called there UK company direct and spoke to a very friendly helpful guy who emailed me a free postage label immediately to return it. i posted it to them on the Friday and received a Brand new Scope back on the Wednesday. Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish.
Totally customer focused
I have owned three pairs of Hawke binoculars and have always rated them highly and found them to be particularly good value for money. They also offer an excellent “no fault” warranty as long as the item is purchased from a recognised Hawke dealer and one is able to provide proof of purchase.
I recently experienced a focussing issue with one pair and after providing proof of purchase I was emailed a repair authorisation number. In less than a week Hawke had inspected the binoculars and delivered to me a brand new replacement pair - that is unbeatable customer service I would suggest.
