Shocking customer service.
Called 3 months ago to advise that for some reason my car was registered on auto pay with someone else.
Advised after being on hold to email with prrof of ownership.
I have done this 3 times now and had one response after weeks saying they don;t know what I want, so closed the ticket. The other 2 they have ignored.
Now not sure what to do, as it is my car and I don't want a fine!
