I've been buying glasses from Have A Look for many years, and the service has always been exceptional. Every query is answered quickly, and they've made purchasing glasses from another country incredibly easy and stress-free. From ordering to delivery, the entire process is seamless, with my glasses always arriving promptly. It's a company I trust and would happily recommend to others.

I have had several pairs over the last 9 years and all have been brilliant - I have standard reading glasses in my office, in the kitchen and in our bedroom and I also have pairs for reading in the sun, normal sunglasses and for use when using my computer.

The first paid gave up the ghost a few weeks ago - not bad considering how much use they had.

I have replaced them and was very disappointed with the case - the writing in large yellow letters is horrid. How can I remove this?

Everything else went right except the delivery by PostNord. I was home, front door open. No doorbell, knock on the door or phone call. Instead a msg ’we tried to deliver yr package’. Now I have to work from distance on Monday to receive the parvellaan. N btw, last delivery came by Finnish Posti. Was waiting me at the hall when coming home.

I ordered reading glasses and sunglasses, but none of them fitted me. So I returned the items, but I haven’t got my refund. I’ve tried to get in contact with customer service, but they don’t answer my e-mail. Terrible service!!
