Excellent Experience

Had exactly what I wanted at a good price. Super fast delivery, especially surprising seeing as my order was just after New Years Day. Order was well packed, arrived intact and was just as described. Would use again.

Good customer service.

I have used this company a few times since learning of them. Easy to order and delivery is very fast normally arrives the next day. Customer service is very good as well, I had an issue with a bluelabs PH pen which was not reading and was frozen on 7 which is unusual for blue labs products, after contacting them I returned the pen and a new one was sent out within a couple of days, thank you.

I like this company

I like this company. Best prices. So accessible these guys, they communicate throughout. If there’s anything not available they’ll contact you to discuss a replacement. 5 star

Be prepared to wait longer than advised for your order.

my order was in 3 parcels, 2 had been delivered within days and the third took a further 12 working days to be delivered. After calling them 3 times and each time I was told customer services would call back, no call came. The blame was placed on a "busy time of the year" and "DHL" having a back log. But the rest of the order was delivered in a timely manner, even a second order that was placed after was delivered quicker. No explanation given.

We would like to sincerely apologise for the delays and any inconvenience you experienced with us. During Black Friday we was incredibly busy and so was our couriers. I will ensure that our head of customer services looks into the issue with you not receiving a call back and this is dealt with internally. With regards to the delivery of your goods, unfortunately the DHL depot dealing with your order had delays due to the large influx of parcels and this was what caused the issues with getting your parcels delivered. I am very sorry that this happened to you and we would really love to make it better. I have provided a discount code via email to you and really hope you can give us a second chance, however if there is anything else we can do please do get in touch!

Good fast delivery just DHL are bad ATM in my area they drop the parcel on your door step take a picture and run with out even checking if anyone is in to take the parcel

Got everything I ordered at a good price and on time but DHL are not good big problem with couriers dropping in door step taking picture and running to there next drop regardless of anyone is there to take the delivery it even said to be signed for on the tracking so just be aware of this
