An appointment was booked for 11am with…

An appointment was booked for 11am with sales person called Guy to demonstrate the software, he failed to open the meeting and offered to make a phone call instead, I recieved his call and the call was ended by him, I recieved an email from him claiming that he couldnt hear me and he can arrange the call for next week.
I can only believe that he cant be bothered with his work and furthermore it demonstrate the poor service provided by this company.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you faced during the scheduled appointment with our salesperson, Guy.

We understand that the inability to open the meeting as planned and the subsequent phone call ending abruptly were frustrating for you. Our team has reviewed the situation, and it appears there were technical challenges on both ends that contributed to the disruption in communication.

We want to assure you that this is not reflective of our usual standards of service, and we take such instances seriously. We are actively working to address the technical aspects to prevent similar issues in the future.

To make amends for any frustration caused, we would like to offer you a priority rescheduled demonstration at your earliest convenience. Our team will ensure that all necessary measures are taken to provide you with a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

Please feel free to reach out to us directly to arrange the rescheduled appointment or if you have any additional concerns. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve.

Kind regards,
Lucy McKay
