Amending a prior review to reflect current stance.

Without question Green Goddess provide access to a lovely range of great quality products (some only available through GG in the UK). I did receive the wrong product in error (out of 3 items - other two were correct) but when I did eventually make contact this was quickly resolved. Items were presented nicely and well packed in eco friendly wrap, and promptly received.

I had emailed the info email address twice (once with a stock query and then once about receiving the wrong product in error) but didn’t receive a reply. I then tried the Angelina email address and didn’t receive a reply to that either over the span of around 10-12 days, at which point I left a disappointed review. I had triple checked my inbox and spam prior to doing so. After leaving my review, I did receive a nice reply and three forwarded emails from Angelina.

The team state that this is an isolated incident, but I am sure around the time I sent my second or third email to them that I saw at least one other review on here (perhaps a couple) that had referred to difficulty with contacting the team - in fact, it was that review which gave me the idea to try the Angelina email address. There is no longer any trace of that review, so I am not sure if it was deleted by the reviewer after emails were forwarded to them too.

It is odd that I didn’t receive a reply from either address, but after leaving my review all three forwarded emails came through just fine. I do feel that the issue possibly lies on their end, maybe mails are getting stuck in the outbox if Outlook is used.

Easy to make assumptions on each end but kindest to agree this was just one of those quirks of the internet.

I believe there are other contact methods available (chat / messaging system for example) so would encourage you to keep trying if you have difficulty reaching the team. They are lovely and very helpful when you do eventually reach them.

Always a great product and price. Fast delivery. Can't ask for much more than that.

Received leaflet re: discount code, if I left review on Trustpilot. I did this weeks ago. No discount code received as yet. On the website there is no response from Sarah, on chat either. Poor service. I am a regular Greengoddess customer.

Brilliant product ! Helped me with my period pains as I’ve struggled ever since I was a teen and don’t like taking painkillers.

I’ve been using Green Goddess Wellness for a few years know, I think I’ve sampled just about everything! The superfood powders are perfect for a smoothie boost, and most recently I’ve been using the CBD products to help regulate my sleep - I’ve been adding the drops into my nighttime herbal tea. I love the sustainability and ethical stance they take, all packaging ends up in the recycling bin! I highly recommend this company for all your wellbeing needs 💚🌈

Just purchased two packets of the delicious hot chocolate. However, after two attempts to dissolve the powder- once as instructed on the label by adding to hot (soy) milk, and second attempt whisking vigorously in hot milk, both methods ended up in lumpy hot chocolate with bits undissolved. What a shame, love the low sugar taste, but not the end result. Delighted to receive updated instructions from Green Goddess on how to prepare the drink successfully. Looking forward to next attempt which am sure will be perfect.

Another prompt delivery of quality products I wouldn't shop anywhere else

I started to take The Tonic after reading an article by Lisa Armstrong in The Telegraph. Within a few days, my sleep pattern improved enormously and only wish I could have discovered The Tonic earlier.

I purchased the vegan chocolate and found the printed instructions to be ineffective. They stated add two tsp. to hot milk (whichever type) and whisk in. Ended up with lumps which I was unable to dissolve. Better method is to put 2 tsp. in cup, add a tiny amount of boiling water and stir to a paste then add hot milk and stir in.

I have been taking the capsules for just over a year. I have Spondylosis of the neck and was taking codeine to help with the pain and anti inflammatory for the stiffness in my neck, for the last six months I have not taken either of my medications and have not had any pain and my neck is very subtle. I can not recommend this product enough.

We thought we would try the CBD oil drops.. followed instructions...

An expensive Disappointment..!

Was buying CBD from one of Scotlands best rated, but Green Goddess products are superior. Both in effect and price. Much more pleasant and beneficial effect and almost half the price. Obviously stick with these guys and staff are incredibly helpful too. Thanks.

My daughter recommended Green Goddess CBD Oil tablets as a way of helping to manage my anxiety and stress levels. Ive just placed my second order with Green Goddess after finding them very helpful in lowering my stress levels and also helping me sleep much better.

I purchased the Dutch CBD spray at the start of October. I’m 39, 3 years fully menopausal, 2 years HRT free. My hope for the CBD was to help with some irritating symptoms, like, tiredness, aches and pains in my body and joints (I feel 90), sleep disruptions. I’ve used it for one month now and definitely notice differences with those issues and others. Whilst it hasn’t miraculously helped my tiredness, it has slightly lessened it. My little old lady body, no longer feels that way, I do not ache. I can get out of bed and not feel as though I’ve been hit by a bus. It has also allowed me to have a deeper sleep. Hot flushes have never bothered me (I know what causes them, coffee alcohol spicy food, I continue to have all these 🤣), however, I have noticed that they have reduced frequency, especially during the night. I will definitely keep using it, I’ve gone from a 90 year old to a 50 year old in a month, hopefully I’ll feel like my teenage self again soon. Also, purchasing and delivery were exceptional and I have been given great advice on different products previously.

My mother takes these for her oestoarthritis. She ran out and pain started to come back. Once on them again after a couple of weeks her pain management was a lot better.

I am taking Green Goddess CBD for insomnia and long term stress. I have tried other brands as well. The Green Goddess works for me with the insomnia and the stress but is causing bloating and discomfort, and slowing down elimination, I would welcome some advice on this, if possible.
