I'm a real fan of GC.
I do like the recipes in general. Good ingredients, well portioned, no waste.
Today I was a bit disappointed, because the spinache of the curry was missing. A pity, but we have managed without. I am looking forward to the next set of meals.

Very small portions, not that great recipes, not that much variation in the ingredients and bad quality vegetables yet the meat is sometimes ok. Very disappointed, liked the discount though.

Great recipes for pescatarians, always a different flavor added. Once an incorrect meal was delivered and it was sorted right away.

GreenChef offers Keto recipes which is great and makes eating keto much easier. THOUGH, the recipes include a lot of less healthy fats (Omega 6, like sunflower oil etc). When offering keto you should also do it the right way, and not choose for the cheaper option. The box costs enough money so you should expect that. Same goes for the quality and amount of meat.

Definitely not standard and it provides me with new inspiration for recipes.
The only thing which should be improved is the quality of the meat; please replace it for 3 star in stead of 1 star. For the price of the box and the focus on more sustainable and higher quality the product you should have higher quality meat/fish. The current quality is not in line with the marketing.
The vegetarian options are great!

Very tasty recipes, clear instructions, lots of vegetables, everything fresh enough and quite on time deliveries. No complaints at all. However I have some suggestions: I have chosen GC because they are the only ones who have low carb of low calories recipes. The carbs are not very low and the amount of food is sometimes too big. But overall I love the variety of recipes!

Love the food !! So much better and ‘luxurious’ then other companies that I’ve tried before. When you’ve got a question you can easily call them without waiting for hours to get a response. From now on also didn’t missed any product while cooking. First it was a difficult decision for us because you need to pay €0,01 before you could see the menu but it was worth the €0,01 hahaha.

I'm eating vegetables I would never have thought to buy, mostly because I wouldn't even know how to prepare it properly. Now I'm eating plenty of veg made in a very tasty way. I'm also learning how to cook better and which food combinations compliment each other. I love the variations and how tasty the meals are

The taste of the vegan boxes is great.
Improvement can be made with the freshness of the spices.
And a lot of the vegetables are not from the Netherlands although they grow here… tomatoes, spices, that’s a shame I think.
At first I was happy as the recipes are very tasty. In my second box some ingredients were missing, which can happen. However, when contacting customer service my experience changed. They were gonna give me a discount but only after my other discount had been used up. I had gotten a 50% discount on my first box, 20% on the second etc. I do think the box is quite expensive (compared to others) but since the mistake was theirs I did not agree with a three euro discount on a future box I had to pay fully for. It took quite some convincing but eventually they added the discount to my third box.
Then I had the option to give away some free boxes. I gave one to a friend and she received the email with the (correct) info but when she tried to get the account started it only gave her a 50% discount on the first box. I reached out to customer service but they couldn’t help me, she had to do this. She did but she doesn’t speak Dutch and at first this was a problem. Then they confirmed that she had received the discount email from me but that’s where it all ended. The customer service does not have access to the discount information and they couldn’t further assist her. The only option they gave was for me to share a new discount code with her. I reached out to them to but they said there was nothing they could do. I have never experienced this bad of a customer service before. I asked if I could file a complaint or if there was someone else who could take this up who could do something, and asked for them to get back to me. They said they couldn’t make any promises of the kind. Safe to say I won’t order from them again.
Delivery service was not a pleasant experience. Products missing. Some products don’t last more than 1/2 days before spoiling.
Recipes are tasty so far.
Delivery was impeccable (always on time), recipes were delicious and very original, ingredients looked fresh to me... I am happy that I am eating healthy and varied dishes that I would otherwise never try. The portions are very big (I'd say it's often for 3 instead of 2). The only minor point is that it sometimes takes more time than what is written in the recipes to prepare.
Ordered my first box as I have been a happy customer with HelloFresh for some years. Set the delivery time between 09:00 and 14:00. The day before, I got an email that the delivery would arrive at 13:15 (however of course it got differ half an hour, later or earlier). I made sure to arrange my workday to be home between those times. However, I kept getting adjusted delivery times, up to the point where it was outside of the indicated window. After contacting the service, they would offer me some discount on my next box. After an hour it was still not there, whilst I kept pushing my meetings forward to adjust to the new time slots. I contacted the service again after 1,5 hours delay. They would offer me more discount on my NEXT box. I suggested an adjustment would be better for the current box, this could not be done. I suggested I would like to cancel my current delivery, this could also not be done.
I got my box after a 2 hour delay. With only solutions for if you order again.
the dishes are delicious, too bad the vegetables are not always fresh.
In general I like the recipes, but lately the quality is getting worse: in 2 boxes, broken eggs, vegetables that are not very fresh, basilicum that is partly rotten. I really hope they improve this.

I love the different vegan options. At first I thought the portions were small but once I started cooking it was enough for 2 and even have something left for myself to eat for lunch the next day.
Overall i'm very happy about the meals and products.
