Hidden customs fees and refund issues
Title: Avoid if you are in Europe - Hidden customs fees and poor refund policy
Review: I had a very frustrating experience with GoSupps. I ordered a product for €60, but later decided I didn't want it. Instead of a full return, they only offered a 60% partial refund if I kept the item. I agreed, thinking it would be a fair compromise.
However, nobody warned me about the hidden costs. Now, weeks later, I received an invoice from FedEx for an additional €20.94 in customs duties and handling fees. In the end, between the lost 40% of my refund and these new taxes, the "deal" turned out to be a total waste of money. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding import fees for European customers. I do not recommend this store.

Be aware of hidden costs
Be aware: this company does NOT clearly disclose that products ship internationally or that import duties may apply. I paid high shipping, then was hit with unexpected customs and processing fees at delivery.
This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating and misleading. Buyers deserve full cost disclosure upfront.

Custom duties not disclosed at time of purchase
I know there are custom duties to pay, but I did not know exactly what they were at the time of my purchase. And, it you decide to return because you don't want to pay the custom duties you only get 60% of it back. Just an FYI for customers from USA.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my product and it was expected by Feb 15. The item never arrived, I was never notified that it was returned to the warehouse. The invoice showed I paid the $.19.99 shipping fee and they use Fed Ex world wide. In addition to that I also received a Fed ex bill for $19.99. When I contacted this company they stated I didn’t pay the customs fee. There is nothing on the receipt about a customs fee. Just shipping, which was paid to them. Then I was told after being double billed for shipping that I would only receive a 40% refund! This is not right! No product and double shipping fees! Do not use this company, there billing practices is a scam
