Genuine scam company - they block your account once you deposit money

I have a balance of 9,000 in my account, but they have blocked my account despite verifying me and telling me my account and money is ok. The live chat support constantly says they have escalated my issue and that the relevant team will get back to me via email, but no one ever does. They told me that they would process a manual withdrawal on their end if I provided proof of my bank statement, which I did, but still nothing has happened. I have deposited a significant amount of money with this site. I recommend avoiding it at all costs, as they are fraudulent scammers.

Please take notice of the reviews from people in UK, they doing doing it to all of us.

All of the 5 star reviews are from Golden Panda themselves and they put them on as soon as a negative review from the UK is published. Just look at the ChatGPT generated wording for the reviews 🤦‍♀️ there are just as many 5 star reviews as there are 1 star reviews

I cannot access my account

I cannot access my account. It’s been three days now. I’m told there is an issue with UK customers being able to log in. I have funds I want to withdraw for Christmas. The chat support haven’t got a clue and keep saying the same message. I think I’ve been scammed.

Update: I’ve now been told that UK customers can no longer use the service and that funds will be returned. They had no idea of timescale or how this would happen.

Update 2: I’ve now sent in payment bank statement for a withdrawal. Has anyone received theirs yet?

Update 3: Submitted all documentation they asked for three days ago. Bank statement, ID front and back, photo of me holding it. IBAN number. I’ve had no response so far.

Update 4: I’ve had a response that all documentation has been received and has been forwarded onto the relevant team. They will be in touch with me through email when there is an update.

Update 5: I have now received my funds. I had to email them and ask for an update but money was received about three weeks later from the original request. I haven’t had an email to confirm the money being sent to me but it has landed in my bank account this morning. I hope others have started to receive their money.
