DO NOT call them

DO NOT call them, i've tried for a whole hour. they are automatically shutting the call after 10 minutes waiting. I'm pretty sure there is nobody to answer anyway (and they are yelling all the time how they are a great company and how they like their customers during the waiting)
And i'm not even complaining about my delivery having being a MONTH late...
Will never use again.

Worst transport company EVER

Worst transport company I ever dealt with...and I use several regularly for work... why Royal Mail uses them I will never know.. I have complained to Royal Mail several times re this company with no response at all. It has the worst logistic capability of all the companies.. I deal in my office with Fedex, Chronopost, DHL and others, who usually deliver fast and efficiently...
DO NOT USE GLS!!!
a) they have hidden their contact numbers here in Portugal and if you do manage to find their phone number they do not answer.
b) they will not disclose where their depot is in the Algarve, to go and collect.
c) a parcel took 9 days to arrive as they sent it to Madrid in error then it languished in the depot here for 3 days until we emailed them several times..this was urgent medical equipment!
d) Our office is open all day until 17.00 hrs....on several occasions online, they say 'attempted delivery' when we were open... lies... probably the driver couldnt find the office and was too lazy/unable to call the given number for location/confirmation or get the office to do it.

USELESS.......

I mean seriously

I mean seriously, I can only echo the other reviews here. The only company who seem to have the only tracking device that can't find my address. Twice. I live on a high street. Terrible communications just a joke. Why are Royal Mail using these people?.

The worst of the worst

The worst of the worst! Never order from companies that ship their merchandise with them, at least not for Belgium. We can change the world for the better, but we need to work together. Don't give in to temptation and we can put companies like GLS out of business and make space for good, reliable shipping companies.
The worst possible customer experience ever! The lady jus hung up, was impolite, bored and simply disconnected. Never experienced anything like that.
My morning experience was only slightly better.
The package wasn't delivered yesterday (second package for 3 orders over the last month!!). And today again I'm stuck at home all day long
Their website is a joke, and I'm terrified at the thought of a possible return. I don't know how I'd be able to arrange it.
Maybe other countries work a little bit better, but avoid this service in Belgium at all cost! Make a difference in the world!

Contacts inexistants
Le transporteur n'appelle avant son passage quand il décide de passer. Leur numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas (ligne coupée ?). Le colis n'est toujours pas livré.

Order marked as delivered: the delivery man signed for me and only god knows who he gave my parcel to !!
Impossible to contact the support center.

Broken promises and theft

Delivey date offered, then changed. Failed to turn up. Cost 80cents per minute to call them to find package stolen 'somewhere'
Supplier sent 2nd package and this also went missing in the GLS system. Supplier is making claims on GLS insurance and I am awaiting a refund from PayPal.
I now refuse to deal with any company that has GLS as its courier.

Worst client experience ever!

Worst client experience ever!
I never received the delivery. The service GLS confirmed a time slot which had been neglected. They next day, I received a delivery confirmation with a faked signature (not signed by me!!). I had to fill in documents to contest the signature is not mine (with a threat to be imprisoned or fined 15k€ if the stated doesn’t represent the truth)
After 4 weeks and 12 emails later, I have still not been reimbursed. Horrible experience!
