This company is appalling - zero communication, zero accountability and zero hope of getting your parcel when they say it will be delivered.
Disappointing that el corte ingles trusted my rather large purchase with these cow boys.
Worst delivery company I've ever dealth with
So they keep sending me mails saying "your parcel will be delivered today". I work from home, so sit right at the front of the house by a window and can see deliveries before they even arrive. On each of the last 3 days, I have received a message "You were not home, so we could not deliver your package". No truck, no car, no delivery attempted. What a bunch of lying scumbags!!!
Terrible service as usual
The tracking number was not available from the beginning. After a while, a parcel was delivered, but it turned out to be my neighbor’s parcel. So my parcel’s whereabouts are unknown, and there is no way to figure out how to find it — support is silent. The delivery status says “delivery ongoing today”, but this date changes to “today” every day for over a week already. What a shame. It is 2025 already, and services like this still exist.
Stolen item from the parcel …
My parcel with parfumes inside was intentionally open, one parfume was taken out of the box (stolen, let’s call things happened correct), then the box was closed with tape and that how I received it. First I’ve asked the seller (shitty company as well, who didn’t lift their finger to help me with complaints) to send me a video of how my order was processed. On the video I could clearly see that all ordered items were packed in the box. I’ve analysed the box and found out that it was open by the side (bypassing security tape), obviously one parfume was stolen, then these motherf…..s closed the box (upon arrival it wasn’t so obvious, the box travelled through many countries, so it has arrived not very « fresh » which is ok. Only after my meticulous box analysis I’ve found out the fact of opening). Obviously that it was done by a GLS courier. Neither seller, not GLS is willing to help. Amazing that I was robbed like this, someone now is using my parfume and I try my best to be refund (unsuccessfully), but it seems like in this country it’s completely normal🤮 GLS let’s rob everyone, why not! TERRIBLE. Our Emma mattress delivery was supposed to arrive on 2/12, 11 days later and we are still waiting, sleeping on the floor.
Package says “en depósito”. No news of when they would even schedule the delivery. It’s a shame Emma mattress decides to work with them.

Avoid if you can
If you can, avoid using GLS. They are incredibly slow, their tracking service is useless and they lie about attempted deliveries. I think they are by far and away the worst courier service I have used
Worst delivery service available
They are illegally holding my package and not meeting delivery deadlines set by themselves. I am expecting parcels on the date guaranteed by the delivery company. I need my package for travel.
To make the entire experience worse, then they keep deleting comments from their Instagram explaining about the experience. It is clearly a company that is very incompetent or engaged in unethical fraudulent activities.
Due to my experience with GLS Spain, then I will refrain from utilizing the services of GLS anywhere in Europe again. Every other branch can thank GLS Spain.
Laziest delivery men
The delivery driver doesn't want to carry the package 50m from Plaza Nueva to my house, so has passed it on to his colleague to deliver tomorrow instead. The APP tracking is meaningless. It gives you a 15 minute window for delivery, then just updates it to the next 15m when that is missed. The APP and the webpage are designed to make you select a drop off point (the nearest of which is 500m away from me). Their entire service seems to be designed around the motto "Nearly there".
GLS seems to be all about making their delivery drivers comfortable while ignoring the core business of ACTUALLY DELIVERING THE PACKAGES.
GLS is unreliable at best
GLS is unreliable at best. Deliveries are inconsistent, with a high chance the driver won’t even attempt to deliver. Customer support is limited to an AI WhatsApp chatbot, with no human assistance. If GLS is listed as the shipping company, avoid placing an order online.

Surprise surprise… sitting in the comfort of my home waiting on a GLS delivery, I receive a notification that I am absent… no phone call no knock on the door. Let’s wait for a follow up message that I have to go and pick it up from somewhere. GLS do your 🤬 job and deliver to peoples door!!!!

Poor customer service as they inform me that they already delivered my item that I ordered from TAURUS. The driver told them that I gave instruction to deliver to supermercat which is totally a lie. I sent them the instructions that i have made which is to only ring the 1st floor not the 2nd floor button. Now they did not do anything no one call me on what will they do next. Beware on this courier company.
Poor service
They didn’t usually fail before, but I’ve been waiting for a package for two days. The app keeps saying it will be delivered today, but they’ve been saying that for two days and nothing arrives. Plus, there’s no clear way to contact them directly. Honestly, it’s unacceptable.
Minimal effort for maximal annoyance
They won't even attempt to deliver your parcel. They will just shoot you an automatic email (or three) saying that you were not at the location (they don't even care if you actually were because they never showed up to begin with) and then force you to choose a pick up point (usually well hidden and far away). Also, good luck trying to communicate with them, customer channels are non existent.
I might be biased or just unlucky but they've follow the same pattern and failed 4 out of the 4 deliveries that I had to endure with them.

On their app I requested delivery Thursday, then they tried to deliver it Wednesday and on the phone I agreed with them to delivery at my door the following day.. I was waiting ALL day only to find out they delivered to a pickup location instead!!
