We've had a last minute, Sunday night, notice for rent a car in Montenegro needed for a wedding, and Mary not only found us the car with given specifications, but also went above and beyond with her service in order to rent it for us and make it happen. Have in mind, I'm a local in Montenegro, and I've called about 20 local rent-a-car numbers prior to trying online and succeeding with GetRentacar. Highest Praises for Mary, the Owner and the IT guys that chimed in with help :)

I've rented Kia Sorento in Yerevan, Armenia, at April 2022. Everything was fine. Client support helped me to book the car and to contact local rental partner. Also there were not any problems with picking up and returning the car to rental partner at Yerevan Airport.

I rented a car with your company in dubai.It was Toyota Corolla but because that car had some problems,The owner changed it with a Nisan kicks in same price which it was ok.I paid 700$ for deposit and owner said it will be returned after one month and now I’m waiting.All together my experience was good.thanks

This company is a ripoff. Nothing but a go between.I had i bad experience all they do is align you with the car owner and and basically your making your owe deal. These people do not deal in good faith the owners want cash classic NYC ripoff. Deal with people that use banking and not cash.

Don’t use this service they are scammers. When you order a car they tell you to make a deposit about 200 dollars, but in reality this money is not a deposit it is a service fee. I rented through them once before I traveled to Phuket and I regret like hell. You can find much better and much cheaper by your own in the place once you arrive or you can find on Facebook there are a lot of announcements and you can always negotiate the price directly with the owner. Be safe and don’t get fooled by these scammers.

This is not a genuine company. They will take your deposit and then hope you forget about it so they can keep $1000 USD. I am still trying to get my deposit back after 4 months.

Your reply is disingenuous as I have contacted you many times regarding this matter over the past several months.

The overall car renting experience went well. I would have given the experience 5 stars but the process seemed very complicated with many different text messages I received from different people and understanding exactly what to do.

Also, the car was delivered not cleaned but the representative apologized for that, explained that the previous renter delivered late, and she discounted the price.

They haven't been able to accommodate my booking request due to low availability of cars, took my whatsapp phone number to contact me and within 12 hours I started receiving scam calls/texts on whatsapp! I did not share this phone number with anyone in the past month!
Do not trust these people with your info! Avoid!

Absolutely terrible service in Thailand. Spoke to four different people regarding the booking who ended up giving me.two different times for drop off. I ended up waiting 7 hours after checking out of my hotel.

Then when the car was delivered they informed me I wasn't able to leave the local province. Due to the fact I was travelling around Thailand the owner advised he would refund me my deposit later that day.

I chased my deposit the next day and got a response from someone different stating as it was cancelled on the day I would lose my deposit. I have responded asking for proof of the conditions that I cannot leave the local province as I was not informed prior to booking and have been ignored.

I've booked a car in Goa and I'm not able to contact the local owner and also I haven't recieved any mails about the he booking yet.
And I can't even cancel my booking in the website.
It's so uncomfortable to use this

I was in Georgia the country, all websites were offering rental cars for $40-$50 per day. I found this website and they were offering rental cars for $20-$30 per day.

At first I had my doubts, however I decided to give it a shot. I had some questions, luckily they had a chat support. I was surprised how professionally the support handled my questions. They wrote in perfectly understood English. Again, very professional.

They would actually call the car owner and confirm the availability of the car. They will even negotiate on your behalf with the car owner and arrange drop/pick up locations. For a fee of around $10 you can have the car delivered to you or picked up from the airport. Some drivers might agree to deliver the car for free.

Just one very important thing! If you decide to pick up the car yourself, make sure, before you book the car and through the support, to ask about the exact location of the car and the feasibility to be able to collect the car yourself. I was told that the car was in Tbilisi where I was staying, and after booking I was shocked that to get to the car it takes close to 2 hours by bus to get there. I contacted the owner and he told me how I can use the metro and then a taxi to get there in 30 min. It cost me less than $2 to get there including taxi and metro fare. So it was not that terrible and I got to see another part of the city.

I booked a 2010 Toyota Prius for $20 a day. I had no issues with the car and paid 15% with a credit card through the GetRentacar.com website and the rest I paid in local currency to the owner of the car in cash.

I recommend for everyone to use this service.
