So far it’s been helpful bite sized steps and thoughts. I like that I’m learning about my brain too so I can better understand why some decisions are more challenging than others.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Day 1
Day 1: Just learning that I am not broken. Looking forward to reprogramming my thought processes and feeling better about myself.
Identifying feeling as and how to manage them
So far I really enjoy the learning about how to identify what I’m feeling, and learning the next steps to take to start training my thoughts to think differently in a positive way, and how to actually manage things properly to get through it and not avoid.
Never thought I’d explore my feelings to beat procrastination
I never thought I’d have to tune in with my feelings and explore them whenever I’m procrastinating — but Chilio actually makes it work. It’s a unique approach that I didn’t expect to help, but it really does!
Subscription Trap
This has been one of the most frustrating app experiences I have ever had. Even after uninstalling the app, I continued to be charged every month for six months without realizing it.
When I discovered the charges, I reinstalled the app expecting to find a simple way to cancel. Instead, there was no clear account section and no straightforward cancellation option. It felt like the system was designed to make cancelling as difficult as possible.
Whether intentional or not, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear information, visible subscription management, and an easy cancellation process.
I would never recommend a service that makes it so hard to stop recurring payments.
I’m only just starting out
I’m only just starting out – it’s day one – and it feels a bit too early to write a review, but I can already say that the app is well-designed, a pleasure to use, intuitive, simple and user-friendly; the topics covered are also useful and clearly explained..
It’s nice to get some tips on how to…
It’s nice to get some tips on how to manage the different issues that I at least struggle with. Having ADHD i usually tell myself I know all of it, I just can’t do it myself. But having it structured might be helpful. So far so good
It’s not laziness…my brain thinks differently
So far it is helping me to recognize how my brain functions when I get overwhelmed.

I really like the way they are looking for us. They have been working hard for me
