Made a purchase and paid. Almost 2 full work days to advise me they had no stock and sent me an automated order cancellation notification with advice they would refund me - end of story. They didn't think to discuss when they might have stock for me. Obviously are not interested in your business. 5 days on now they inform me it may take up to another 10 days to get my refund. Terrible customer service via email. What a waste of time and inconvenience without my money back yet.

Well i didn’t receive the same courtesy as Evan!. I had ordered tyres on their eBay store. I contacted them in less than 5 minutes to confirm measurements with no answer, continued to contact them every hour with no response. Contacted Geo Tyres via their main website as there is NO phone number & waited. Finally got a reply via eBay that they would check and not to cancel the order as they would be seeing if they had a suitable alternative. I then received a separate correspondence from my direct email that they had an alternative in stock. I REPLIED great, & happy to pay any difference directly & to ship the alternative out via eBay or even PICKUP. I checked their website & yes they did have an alternative but slightly more expensive IN STOCK. The next thing i had a message from eBay that my order had been cancelled. WHY? So instead of having a customer for life, they chose to the alternative. If you need anything out of the ordinary, Geo Tyres is not willing to go the extra mile

Excellent service and quality
I purchased multiple tyres from this company and I am extremely pleased with the quality price and customer service. My initial purchase was delayed and they gave me a very reasonable discount for the delay. Since then the tyres have arrived timely and as exceeded my expectations for the price. I will definitely continue to get my tyres from this company for my Harley. 👍👍

This replacement tube for my zero turn mower was delivered quickly and appears to be a high quality product. The tube has a bent metal stem, which suits the previously tubeless set up very well.
