The worse prop firm i could ever come across. I bought two challenges for $150 that’s $300 in all. Recently, I passed my challenge. I have been texting them for three days. No one has been replying. They closed the chat and resolve the conversation without helping me out. I am still at phase one and have not gotten a chance to do phase 2. No one will reply. No one will tell me what is going on. It’s been 3-4 days now.
I just passed phase 1 No one is replying to me about phase 2. It has been days and customer service is not responding.
So far the first propfirm I’ve gotten a payout through, flexible rules and fast payouts processing. Their customer service is also quite helpful, Only issue is their not active on weekends
