As members of the Aromatherapy Trade Council, we keep on top of the ever-changing essential oil regulations, and continue to ensure that all of our products adhere to rigid European Safety Guidelines. All round fantastic UK based company
Great range of fragrance oils. I love the fact they are a UK brand (local to me which is even better) and they have a vegan friendly, cruelty free ethos. Good prices, gift sets are brilliant value, and quick delivery. Very happy to have found Fresh Skin!

I have just made my 2nd order for the wonderful Aloe Vera gel as I'm just so impressed how my skin looks and feels after using the tub I bought. I'm 67 male and have been using different moisturisers since 16 including different Aloe Veras but I have to say this is so clean and pure, it's super absorbing qualities make application a pleasure. The price and p@p is brilliant so affordable to all. I made the purchase via ETSY. I will look at other products by this company definitely.

Good experience 4 me!
My experience was good thankfully, despite being a bit worried from other people's reviews about this company. But thankfully everything went smoothly for me, I received my cherry boost fragrance oil after 4 days (which is quick imo since it says 4-7 days for free shipping). It smells absolutely lovely! I'll have to see how it smells with my lotions, etc. And Im happy with my experience with this company. :)

Atrocious after sales customer service
Ordered a set of oils off Amazon. A completely different set arrived. Amazon denied knowledge and just emailed me a packing slip and no information where to return it or indeed if I would end up paying for the returns? Who knows? They sent me to Fresh skin via a link and I filled in a customer request from. I did not get a response. I also emailed the company under a separate email and alas no response.
I only wanted an exchange for the oils to the ones I ordered and indeed not my fault at all.
The customer aftercare is atrocious - I have ended up having to keep the oils as one or two smelled nice and I can't be bothered waiting any longer. Shame really as, if I had liked the oils I requested (winter) set, I was going to buy more but that won't happen now as the customer service is terrible. Beware! Great if you don't issue a problem but don't expect a response from the company if you tumble upon any issues!
